I laughed soo hard when I read this --> When I see those "Kill This Hype" hats, I really want to smack them in the face. They are literally $5 trucket hats with a screen print that takes minimum effort to print a ridiculous slogan.

Hahaha.. I was planning to make a hat like it.. but with a different slogan. Just have to think of something witty enough to put on it. XD

You know what I find annoying?

How people say that the chinese/viet/etc. "uhljjangs" are trying to copy koreans. If you want to get down like that, might as well include that koreans are trying to copy americans, except with different terms.

About stealing "THEIR" style, jesus christ, GROW UP.

Go study more about fashion before you judge by the little knowledge you know.

Screw the closed minded peeps that think these girls are outrageous and ugly with their sense of style. Sorry that it can't be up to your standards, I find these girls extremely eccentric than the bland folks you'd see walking down the street of where all the asians hang out. I wouldn't even take a second(most likely not even the first) look if they dressed "normal". They can be pretty, but I'd find them boring looking and nothing that seems to catch my eye of indifference.

my friend was reading the replies here, and found this ridiculous. SHE IS EVEN KOREAN. She found it pathetic how you people would even waste time trying to bring up serious arguments that aren't worth other people time that were just trying to appreciate their beauty, be it to their standards, not yours. ^ I don't think the act of taking pictures of oneself with webcams constitutes as trying to be Korean (for all nationalities). For one thing, these ulzzang style pictures have been around forever - when I was young, my older cousins and friends from Taiwan played around like this in Taiwan all the time. And because they follow a trend doesn't mean they are trying to become or imitate a different culture; they are just assimilating it to their own. Besides, it all comes from an individual's own vanity, Korean, Chinese, Viet or whatever.

Quite a few people asked me what “KILL THIS HYPE” really means… hmmm lemme explain here.

I worked for a few companies before. I have seen big items dropping, crazy lines, kids going mad to buy something which they don’t authenticallly like.(well some could have of course) They like it because it seemed to them like something is going on. They think wearing a tee shirt or a hat or a zip up from these designers make them look “cool”. Their agenda is to look cool and not because of the love.

I am in this field because I am in love with Street Fashion. No hatin’ here, no hatin’.

The word is deliberately blurred, which I think came out as a very nice print. The thing I really like about this blurred piece of graphic is that you can so see the print is blurred, but it’s clear when you look from a distance.

We made 7 colors for sale this time. We didnt really make a lot for each color, expect no more than 10-12 for each color.

Seriously... the fact that the Kill this hype hat is so popular is pretty hypocritical eh? ^^ *snaps to Sophia for getting one though* ^^

Naomi can stay in this thread =) Her style is nice, I enjoy seeing her pose in different outfit standing in the same spot of the mall getting her pictures taken. I remember there was another one in front of that same sport clothing store. It is like she meets up with people in the same spot to get her pictures taken.
