KHJ won at the appeals court too as in the lower court:

Court dismissed Choi’s appeal n decided Choi 2pay 100MW for defamation.

Found no evidence in Choi’s claim ‘miscarriage by KHJ’s assault n forced abortion.’

She critically damaged his image n name.

This appeals court decision was for the civil case, 1.6BW damage lawsuit.

The criminal case appeals court decision will be made on Oct 18.

Thank you so much for the good news. However justice will be served well only when choi hye mi is sent to reflect her crime in jail. Since the start till now she did nothing to show to public that she is ashamed for the crime she had done to KHJ and his family. She own an apology to KHJ and the public especially those who blindly supported her.

*** I’m ready for Kim Hyun-joong’s comeback on TV and wish he has a better cast to work with. The premise interests me.  I would like to see what spin the director has on the story line. I never get bored with time travel stories, anyway. I look forward to it. I will always have a soft spot for him.  He became a tainted person because of that mess he had been through but I hope people can give him a 2nd chance. I believe that second chances should be given to anyone. He doesn't deserve the hate. There is nothing the public can do about the people who we don't know that much personally. Entertainment business is a shady business but, it's not a matter of how I feel, it's a matter of how I can't be a judge of someone's character when I don't know the real truth. KHJ has been having super successful runs with his concerts and fanmeeting & this is what matters most. :P

Hi vivian!

So sorry for your eyes problem. I hope you will be better very soon...

I have a many many problems from first-time i leave a post here, but i continued my work till now just for Hyun Joong because i love him like my little brother...

 I'm really disappointed and my heart is broken also extremely tired... There is just 3 or 4 person who read my posts & 2 or 3 likes them..I think my posts completely useless and i only waste my time at all.

So happy to see your post again. Please know that Your post is a healing medicine for all KHJ fans. Please do not discourage just because you think only fews people read your posts. I'm so sure many many more people read this thread and follow KHJ news here. However there are many people who enjoy reading the update but do not like to write comment or show their reaction. I often forgot to react just enjoy reading . I come to this thread everyday to see whether there is any new post. I feel closer to KHJ because of all the posts here.   Your beautiful and kind heart surely get tired sometimes because you have made a lot of effort to do all of these for KHJ and KHJ's fans. I know it's not easy to keep posting without knowing how others think. I want you to know that I truly appreciate all your posts and enjoy reading it. Your posts are often made my day because this is the place I can follow KHJ's update and I'm sure I'm not alone about it.

 

Please be happy feel happy for all the good work you have done here. What you did here is already a reward whether there is audience or not. . Your posts are the small important part that will root a strong foundation for KHJ as a unique, talent and lovable artist of South Korea who is very much well love and respect by his fans . Now we know, people know he is a fighter , a survivor and a hard worker who has never given up  his dream. I will continue to support him and will keep admiring his brave heart . He is a good example of how to live the best with what has left for him.

 

I'm looking forward to reading  your post whenever you feel like it.
