Regarding another woman involved here, Firstly I have never believed that choi was ever his ex-girlfriend but the girl who was willing to be in bed with him and has tried to get pregnant several times. It sounds bad but we must face the reality that men and women now a day are willing to have relationship without long term commitment whether you are a celebrity or not

This is also what i believed form the beginning I didn't want to say it because I feel a lot of people might not understand it. I do not think he ever claimed her as a girlfriend but like you said a person who can get in the bed with.. All I can do is smh with this new mess smh  again     I cant believe the text mesgs bcuz we know her history with text mesgs . If the text mesgs were the truth then HJ should be a bit worried but I think he isn't .. He prolly handed  over his phone  to Atty Lee to copy the real ones.. The first hearing ended with setting the 2nd hearing, which wrapped up with setting the 3rd hearing.

Reporter: Choi's legal counsel talked about matters unrelated to the question for a while and then informed of the confirmation of pregnancy by a pregnancy tester.

Attorney Seon: It was confirmed by a pregnancy tester. I did not submit the pregnancy tester today; but have it.

Reporter: Reporters asked once again to confirm the fact accurately. Another reporter: Does it mean that you do not have a medical record to confirm the pregnancy?

Attorney Seon: Yes... yes.

Reporter: The question about the assault was brought up too. How about the question regarding 'injury at a health club' in one clinic and 'beaten by another' in the other clinic?

Attorney Lee: Because the other side did not submit evidences, we had to request statements of fact and got them back. It took two months for us to get the documents that the person concerned can get it in ten minutes... If we have to keep on bringing in evidences, the court may consider [the other side] very unfavourably.

Reporter: There's one thing that Choi's side responded in a slightly raised voice that day.

Attorney Seon: Attorney Lee said 600MW was extorted by blackmail. We never, even once, demanded a certain amount. It's totally different from the fact. In this regard, we will separately file a criminal charge.

Reporter: Kim Hyun-joong's legal counsel made a comment in this regard.

Attorney Lee: If the other side have enough evidences, they can fight with the evidences they have and prove the facts in the civil court. Just because they lack evidences, they want to put pressure on our side in a different way. That's a very dangerous way.

This is too much, she has humiliated him and his family in a thousand ways, is not enough to push him to almost take a heartbreaking decision and now is exposing more text messages with the intention to dirty his name more, is disgusting. I wonder when his fans in Korea will show who she is, she accuses whoever she wants and does with impunity, shielded by the tabloids and the scum of her lawyer.

I cannot understand how people believe in her, she is a nobody that even someone who has not followed the case knows that she behaves as a resentful gold digger.  Three pregnancies in just a year? Oh please this is more ridiculous than the plot of a bad soap opera, again is trying to win the sympathy for being the poor nobody in love with her oppa. Oppa? It is not supposed that she has 32, what a dumb even a 15 year old is more mature than her.

I love how she throws around references to 'celebrity L', or 'J', or whatever!  She KNOWS that any Idol girls who are friends w/KHJ, who were involved w/him at the time, are NOT going to come forward to testify for OBVIOUS reasons - so she's pretty safe in lying about whatever she saw or did not see (as long as she does NOT name names...)  Her saying her BFF was w/her just makes that all the safer, cause what Idol girl in her right mind will come forward to testify?  That's committing career suicide.
