+Back with my comments: The 1st episode was good .... the pace goes really fast .... starting from young Seung Eun to the old Seung Eun only take a few minutes (unlike other drama.... it take a decade before the story pick up).... I liked how people are introduce in this episode.... they all have a character of their own...hihihi... especially the elders.... I can't wait to see the next episode... and how the story develop when the two main character meet...hihihi

ya she seems to be rather uncomfortable around Alex.

i don't understand why they moved to Australia in the first place.

also did the character grow up in Australia? they said something about her studying in Boston too.

it seems she just wants to get away from her dad and like what she said when she was little 'i don't wanna be korean'...

+Here my 2 cents to your questions...

+The family immigrate to Australia to follow the trend of immigration (very popular back then especially in Asia country) for a better future of the children.. (maybe??)

+If we read the synopsis release from the drama.... Seung Eun is a future laywer... she study law in the State, Boston.

I watched it live, the first episode didn't have a lot of Eugene in it haha, and she spoke a lot less English than I had expected.

all of eugene fans dissapointed because it didnt have a lot of eugene's appearance..haha

but i like the story...

its funny..the grandfather of eugene..and the scene taht ki tae young mistakes as a GAY..hehe..

maybe eugene is not really in love with the western guy...coz you can notice that in her face

i love eugene english!!! go eugene!! aja!! we love you!!

Wow~ it's been a long time since I've posted in one of Eugene's drama threads hehe.

I'm really liking this drama, the first episode was really good - even though EE was not in it much, but since she's the main character, i'm sure we can see more of her in the upcoming episodes :D

Not long until the next episode, though i'm feeling a bit sad because we will have to wait another week for episode 3+4 :-( !!!!!!!!

I believe this series right now it's up against the popular Sons of Sol Pharmacy House ( luckily this series is ending today ) . So i hope more viewers will tune in to watch this light hearted drama . Yeah the first episode is funny and I'm glad that this drama focus on everybody especially those veterans . eugene's and that guy family is hilarious I will continue to watch this drama ... !!!

I just watched the first episode. I'm not sure if I'll stick with it, but I must say that I'm VERY impressed with Eugene's English pronunciation. I'm usually frustrated and disappointed when an actor takes on a role where they supposedly grew up in an English-speaking country but I can barely understand them and all they end up saying is "hello" and "thank you."

In this drama, you can tell Eugene put in a lot of effort. I know she spent time in Guam, but I also know that unless you practice a language regularly, it's still tough. Although her accent is "American" rather than "Australian," I'm impressed by the fact that I have an easier time understanding her than her boyfriend, Alex (who's clearly European...not American).

I wish Eugene lots of luck and success!

does anyone know how many episodes this drama will be??

is it a daily drama? i haven't watch this yet as i don't know how many eps this will be...i don't like daily dramas as it's too long for me...and sometimes it gets draggy and boring....20 -25 episodes is just right for me....anyways if anyone of you knows then please tell me
