It means someone who is sexually promiscuous. Okay, so a little 9 year old girl wears makeup for an Award show, and wears a swimming suit, and all of a sudden she's a 'richard simmons'? Please. And the first picture with the pole. She isn't even posing on it. What about those little asian girls in the back with their hands on the pole? I don't see anyone saying anything about them. Regarding her teeth, I bet everyone here has had perfectly straight teeth when they were her age.. You don't even get braces this young! Her outfit isn't bad. It's just very inappropriate for an Awards show. If she was at a pool, of course there's nothing wrong with a 9 year old girl wearing a one piece swim suit with ruffles at the bottom. But she's not at a pool. That is what makes it inappropriate.

I would never allow that for my daughter, but....that just seems to be the trend these days.

Oh yeah. Also I don't think it's necessary or appropriate for 9 year olds to be drinking Red Bull regardless of if it's sugar free or not. It's an energy drink, branded to be that way too. Why do 9 year olds need MORE energy?
