jerky scrolling -_-
hi,

i have a problem on my laptop, when i scroll on Internet Explorer , it scrolls in sections.

it doesn't scroll smoothly for some reason.

i have my options ticked on smooth scrolling also

but on Firefox this problem doesn't occur.

some one told me theree is a virus. but i dont think so because its only on IE .

anyone know how to fix it?
