Two women became widows on the same day, same hour. Ha Yoon-jeong becomes the matriarch of the family of her husband. Yoon-jeong supports them because she feels guilty about her husband’s disappearance. Oh Dong-ja, Yoon-jeong’s sister-in-law, has been living with Yoon-jeong’s help as well. After the terrifying day of losing their husbands, the two women have been living as each other’s good companions. However, now they become implacable enemies because of their children! What would happen if their daughters rival each other in love? What would happen if Yoon-jeong’s husband, who everyone thought was dead, appears before them as the future father-in-law of Dong-ja’s son? Could Yoon-jeong and Dong-ja’s relation go back to the good old days?

Was checking the KBS World programme and found out that The Road Home's last episode (E120?) will air on 11 August 2009.

The new series replacing it on 12 August is titled as "Jolly Widows" (KBSWorld website)

what's wrong with park hae mi's skirt? the way she kept pulling at it? anyway ... that's a horrible dress and hair~ shim hye jin look so much better & elegant in hers. i wonder who oh man seok is going to pair off with ... hope this drama is a vast improvement over the past few dramas in this slot~

Annyeong Dramaok

Not too sure if KBSAmerica's schedule will tally with KBSW's, hope it does. Today's The Road Home on KBSW is E90, about 30 episodes to go.

I caught the show online last night, though not paying too much attention to the conversation (as though I fully understand Korean, kekeke), I found the first episode fast-paced with a lot going on and appearances of practically the whole cast but it wasn't confusing. I think it seems rather promising & comedic. Makes me want to continue watching online, whilst The Road Home continues it slow death on KBSW till August . . sigh another 6 weeks of agony.
