K-pop Herald takes questions for Song Joong-ki interview

Korea’s prime culture-entertainment news outlet K-pop Herald is taking questions from global fans for an interview with TV series “Descendants of the Sun” hero Song Joong-ki Friday in Seoul.

K-pop Herald will publish a “Song Joong-ki” series next week based on the interview. Some of the questions will be proudly chosen and put to Song during the interview.

Fans may feel free to ask any questions about but not limited to “Descendants of the Sun.”

The deadline for questions is Thursday at 6 p.m. Questions will be accepted only by email, which should be sent to json@heraldcorp.com.

Emails must include the sender’s name, nationality, questions and any message to Song the sender wants to deliver, and must be in English, Chinese or Korean.

Not sure about this one. But as i know, so far Blossom already confirmed that at the moment there are 3 FM to be held (Seoul, Bangkok and Beijing), and there is no official confirmation about FM in Philippines.

Song Joong-ki’s high school life revealed

The very details of actor Song Joong-ki’s high school life were revealed on tvN’s “The List 2016,” aired on Monday.

Song was a dedicated short-track skater until he was 12 years old. Unfortunately, his career as an athlete ended due to an unexpected injury.

However, he was good in studies and became one of the top students in school. His high school report card was shown on the show. It was filled with all As and included various compliments by his teachers.

One of his teachers also spoke positively about him, saying, “He was definitely a very smart student. He had the potential to enter the best university in Korea.”

Song received an extremely high score in his college entrance exam. In 2012, he graduated from Sungkyunkwan University as a business administration major.

'Harper's Bazaar' tantalizes with teasers of Song Joong Ki's photo shoot

Actor Song Joong Ki will be showing off his amazing visuals in 'Harper's Bazaar' once the next issue is out!

 

The magazine, in the meantime, has dropped teasers via Instagram on April 12, including one gorgeous cut of the star looking like he just got out of bed with his mussed up bed head and comfortable knit sweater.  It also posted a short video of Song Joong Ki that will have hearts thumping wildly!

One of the twins, Suh Joon and his mom Moon Jeong Won from 'Return of Superman' ran into Song Joong Ki recently!

 

On April 12, Moon Jeong Won updated her Instagram with a photo of herself, Suh Joon, and Song Joong Ki together. The caption reads, "'What a coincidence! Actually, we were purposely too near to him to call it that. #Mom can't help but to smile big."

'The List 2016' digs up Song Joong Ki's academic past

Is there anything this guy is not good at? Song Joong Ki's not only got brawn but he's also got the brains! 

 

On a recent airing of tvN's 'The List 2016', Song Joong Ki's past academic grades were exposed, and unsurprisingly, the actor was just as diligent then as he is now. 

 

Though Song Joong Ki was focused more on his athletics as a short track star, he was forced to concentrate more energy on his studies when he injured his ankle. 

 

A teacher from Namdaejeon High School, the school which Song Joong Ki attended and graduated from, related, "Song Joong Ki was a brilliant kid who was in the top ten of the entire school. He scored 380 out of 400 on his college entrance exams and was accepted into Sungkyunkwan University."

The 'it' actors Song Joong-ki, Park Bo-geom and Cha Tae-hyeon were the result of Blossom Entertainment's effort.

Song Joong-ki in Haper’s Bazaar Korea May issue

 

Fashion magazine Harper’s Bazaar Korea revealed a photo and a short video clip of actor Song Joong-ki on its official Instagram late night on Tuesday.

In the released photo featuring the skyline of Hong Kong in the background, he is wearing a burgundy sweater with his disheveled hair.

The photo shoot was reportedly held on April 6 after a promotional event in the city for KBS 2TV’s drama series “Descendants of the Sun.”

Meanwhile, in the clip, the 30-year-old actor is in a silky navy-blue top that has some fancy print on it.

“Hello, This is Song Joong-ki. I am shooting for Bazaar’s May edition right now. Please see the upcoming issue,” he sent a message to his fans.

Song plays the lead role of Yoo Si-jin, a captain in Korean special forces, and has garnered immense popularity across Asia.

Actor Park Hae-jin’s casual black look

Actor Park Hae-jin was spotted at Gimpo International Airport on Wednesday.

He was heading to Beijing to attend the 2016 LETV Movie and Drama Awards, as he had been nominated as a candidate for the best actor award for a role he played in the Chinese drama series “Far Away Love.”

The 32-year-old recently played a main character in Korean cable channel tvN’s drama “Cheese in the Trap,” which ended on March 1.

He recently confirmed that he will be in a new drama “Man to Man,” in which he will play a bodyguard who was formerly a top star.

According to local media outlets, shooting for the drama will begin at the end of September. It is likely to air in the first half of next year.

Single men and women choose the celebrity with whom they most want to celebrate Black Day

A survey recently asked 348 single men and women with whom they wanted to eat black noodles on the upcoming Black Day.  The day is set for April 14 and, unlike how Valentine's and White Day celebrate couples, this day lets single people unite to go eat black noodles together!

The results of the survey came out on April 13, revealing Suzy and Song Joong Ki to have topped the results with 39% and 54% of votes.
