At the top of your keyboard (above your arrow keys), there's a button that reads, "Prt Scr." Push it. Then open up Paint and push Ctrl + V. Save your picture. Host it on a site like www.photobucket.com or add it as an attachment here, then post.

I just go to Neowin.net forums and they have a seperate section for wallpapers/icons/etc

For the taskbar, they are using Visual Styles.

They either use the .msstyles or windowblinds format styles.

Both are shareware,

Right-click on your desktop --> Properties --> Appearance tab --> Color Scheme
