They're called Pon&Zi. They used to be on this guy's deviantart, but he stopped drawing them. The reason they're hard to find is because he doesn't want them being used. I have a bunch of those comics though, PM me if you really want them.

I'm not sure if he used stylexp or windowblinds....but for me, i used the uxtheme.dll from neowin....and it's free too =] you can change your visual styles with that

but im using styleXP on my other comp

these are by far easier to use, but they are trial version/shareware
