Since I'm new and there is nothing new to contribute.. I found this old video of G-Dragon saying he admired the Wonder Girls the most -- reason because they're pretty ( I agree!).

sun mi is her full name..

last name = sun

first name = mi

the others names are all three syllables so if they just shouted "sun mi" during the chant it would sound weird, so they add the jjang to the end~

she does have a last name, it is Sun and her first name is Mi and since they

want it to go smoothly with the cheer they just add JJANG to balance it out with the other names

let's refrain from talking about members of Big Bang and try to keep the WonderBang

to nothing or a minimum since the girls shine the most by themselves as Wonder Girls...

Also, early pre-debut they used just called her "Mi" and I guess SunMi

evolved as flowing better with everyones. Some reason this reminded

me of when they were interviewed and revealed early on that

before debut they thought about stage names. SunYe would

be Sunny, SoHee - Icy, SunMi -Berry, YeEun - Silver (?)

HyunAh - Don't remember.Also remember from someone here

that the original name being thrown around was Ladies Club

and it was Rain who suggested Wonder Girls.
