Kim Jaejoong seems to be killing viewers’ with his fierce looks and sparkling gazes in the new MBC drama “Triangle”. In a particular scene where Jaejoong gambles on a casino table, he has proved once again that with looks, one can kill.

In the May 6 broadcast of the new drama “Triangle”, Heo Young Dal (played by Kim Jaejoong) engages in a notorious gambling underground casino.

With him having an affair with a mafia’s wife, things get really complicated and dangerous for him. He is also involved in a very notorious gambling scheme which also led him into more thug related trouble. In this scene, Jaejoong perfectly portrayed the role of a gambling hustler and his eyes truly spoke for his character. He was meant to do something more illegal than gambling itself, and it’ll be him, stealing some money from the gamblers by doing some dirty tricks.

The viewers were totally into Jaejoong’s acting for this particular drama. A lot of viewers and even Jaejoong’s fans as JYJ mentioned thathe really embraces the bad guy image and this drama perfectly. The gambling scene gave so much tension when he was playing while drinking some alcoholic drinks. While drinking, he seem to change his gaze as it became more deep and fierce.

His sharp eyes imposed so much attitude and it looked very much realistic. With this, it proves that Kim Jaejoong’s acting here is no joke. The story plot is already interesting to begin with, though it is still too early to tell how the fate of the three brothers would go. May it be ill-fated or the usual happy ending, we don’t know yet. But then one thing is for sure, it’s a drama that conceives great acting from a set of great actors.

Anticipations rise and the ratings weren’t bad for a new drama. There’s still more to look forward to, and the next episodes will tell. “Triangle” is a story of three brothers separated at birth since the day they lost their parents. They lived apart for 20 years and then met again. The drama stars lee Bum Soo, Kim Jaejoong and Siwan.It’s directed by Yoo Cheol Young and written by Choi Wan Gyu.

Although Jaejoong and Siwan showed tense relations in MBC drama 'Triangle' as two long lost brothers who lived completely different lives and remain clueless about each other's identity, they proved to be relaxed and close when the cameras were not rolling.

Once the cameras were off, the two of them studied the casino game and gave each other advice while practicing. They even broke into smiles and laughs while looking at something on one of their cell phones for a cute, brotherly moment!

Siwan said, "Because I got a lot closer to hyung, I feel much more comfortable when we film. I am most looking forward to hyung's transformation when he acts. He really ruined [his image] to no end. It's amazing."

Recently, Hong Suk Chun revealed his close friendship with JYJ’s Jaejoong and actor Jin Yi Han through a photo posted on his personal Twitter. On May 7, Hong Suk Chun uploaded the photo with a description, “During filming for ‘Triangle,’ Jin Yi Han from ‘Empress Ki’ made a surprise appearance. The three musketeers have met again.”

In the picture you can see the three stars’ affectionate friendship, as Jin Yi Han, Jaejoong, and Hong Suk Chun stare into the camera with big smiles on their faces and their arms around each other.

Hong Suk Chun is currently cast in MBC’s Monday-Tuesday drama “Triangle” along with Jaejoong. Jin Yi Han starred in “Empress Ki,” which was the drama that aired before “Triangle” took its place. It appears that the three of them met coincidentally and took a picture together while filming for their respective dramas.

Kim Jaejoong and Lee Jong Suk are both doing a good job of being bad in their new drama roles but which actor is better at being bad? According to the ratings, MBC's "Triangle" wins the bad boy vote but only by a small margin.

Kim Jaejoong's character in "Triangle" is a bad guy but he just drifted into a life of crime out of misguided laziness. His crimes are petty, stealing from other bad guys and sleeping with a crime boss' wife. His character comes across as a tough guy but inside he's hurting and vulnerable.

Lee Jong Suk's character in the SBS drama "Doctor Stranger" started out as a decent human being. But he was forced to become a monster and the course of his transformation was revealed in some of the most nightmarish drama scenes to date. He's imprisoned and told to hack up innocent patients. His so-called research is done under the command of the North Korean government, but despite the fact that he commits his crimes under duress, they are so much worse than any of the crimes committed by Jaejoong's character.

In his role as Doctor Park Hoon, Lee Jong Suk is often covered in innocent blood. He will do what it takes to survive and to save the woman he loves. His character's inner rage is masked by cynicism.

So, how did these bad boys play out in the ratings Tuesday night? For the second time in two days, "Triangle" came out ahead with 9.6 percent of the vote, while "Doctor Stranger" achieved 9.4 percent. That's a smaller margin than the dramas had on Monday when they scored 8.9 percent and 8.6 percent. And both dramas could well reach 10 percent by next week.

Neither drama achieved its ratings gain by taking votes away from the third place runner up, "Big Man." That drama, which also involves some pretty evil characters, actually gained 0.2 percentage points. That KBS drama was up from 8.0 percent on Monday to 8.2 percent on Tuesday.

It's an impressive line-up of dramas with quick-paced plots, smart writing and a lineup of first-rate actors.

Kim Jaejoong's co-stars in "Triangle" are Baek Jin Hee, Lee Bum Soo and ZE:A's Im Si Wan.

Lee Jong Suk's co-stars in "Doctor Stranger" are Jin Se Yeon, Park Hae Jin, and Kang So Ra.

"Big Man" stars Daniel Choi, Kang Ji Hwan, Lee Da Hee and Jung So Min.

Hong Suk Chun updated his Twitter on May 7 with a picture of himself alongside 'Triangle' co-star Jaejoong and 'Empress Qi's Jin Yi Han. As 'Triangle' is replacing 'Empress Qi' on MBC, it appears Jin Yi Han went to visit them.

Kim Jaejoong revealed his feeling about the airing of <Triangle> in an exclusive interview.

MBC’s new special project <Triangle> had its first airing on the 5th of May and has climbed to the top of the Mon-Tue drama viewer ratings.

In <Triangle>, Kim Jaejoong plays the middle brother, the infamous lower-class gangster in Gangwon-do, the rebel of the casino – Jang Dongchul (Huh Youngdal). From the first episode, he has captured the attention of the viewers with his strong presence.

Kim Jaejoong, whom we met at the filming set, revealed the reaction of people around him, “My friends watched the drama and kept sending to me the similar captures of messed-up Youngdal that they took from TV. The members of my family also changed their SNS profile photos [into Youngdal’s messed-up images]. I’m not sure what kind of scenes I will start in in the future, but every time my messy image appears, they (friends and family) will act that way.”
