Guest truffles14
for the more westernized audiencesim not too familiar with soompi so feel free to delete if this is in the wrong place. there's all kinds of other net idol threads, so why not an american one? so here's the place to post them. the rules are quite simple. they HAVE to be popular online, either through looks or style. westernincludes many races, not just caucasian. light opinions are fine, but no bashing. that includes unnecessary insults to any of the people posted. i know it's freedom of speech, but that only goes so far until someone's feelings get hurt. positive comments are most definitely more than welcomed. and really now, why would you even comment just to say you're not interested? just click out of the window, simple as that. KEEP THIS THREAD POSITIVE. back on topic, here's a few well known net idols i found on myspace. Alex Evans Myspace deviantART Mitchell Davis Myspace Flickr Youtube Macey Clayton Mega N-Tense Myspace Blogspot pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee contribute!!! ps: this isnt the place for debates and vocabulary lessons so please spare us the details. ethnicity/race/nationality/etc. we all get the idea of what this thread should be, so feel free to post pictures. otherwise if anyone else thinks i should correct/clarify something in this topic description, just tell me ! please please please, nothing racist and no tila tequila also. haha i think that would violate soompi rules. Guest CitrusFlower
shouldn;t you change it to European? "American" isn't a race, it's a nationality. I'm an Asian American and I'm sure this is meant for European idol
Guest jaked
^ I don't know how I feel about this thread, but anyways, technically Korean/Chinese/Vietnamese are all nationalities, too.
LucasBunny
Oh man I remember the last thread like this ended up in racist rude flames.
Guest CitrusFlower
^ I don't know how I feel about this thread, but anyways, technically Korean/Chinese/Vietnamese are all nationalities, too. Their nationality and a race. Taiwanese is not a race neither is American. Nationality:the status of belonging to a particular nation, whether by birth or naturalization ethnic:pertaining to or characteristic of a people, esp. a group (ethnic group) sharing a common and distinctive culture, religion, language, or the like. Theirs a difference. I'm automatically American if I'm born here or take a test, their is no other way you can be American. I'm gonna end it here so it doesn't get off topic

Guest Ringo.
Europe is considered western too, for whoever asked. =) Anyway, even though it's not my thing, I don't see anything wrong with a 'western' net idols thread since there are threads for all the other categories of net idols. Might even be interesting. The girl takes really nice photos though. O: They're all really great photographers.
Guest truffles14
^ ^ i think that applies with any net idol threads. i know better looking people in real life too, but the point is, they're not "net" idols. and especially, since it's an american western one, beauty takes on a wider variety. its not like in asia, where they have an ideal beauty(big eyes, tall nose, pale skin, small mouth etc). and since americans are more open minded about it, their online popularity status depends more on style and the photo itself.
