Rain sends stamina food to the filming set of 'Please Come Back, Mister'

 

 

Singer actor Rain sent his Seollal gift to the filming set of SBS' new Wednesday & Thursday drama, "Please Come Back, Mister".

Rain prepared 150 portions of stamina food for the cast and staff members of the upcoming drama. The filming set was filled with cheers when the food including Samgyetan, galbi, japchae, jeon, rice cakes and fruits was delivered to the set.

After Rain finished his filming in the morning, he also joined the happy crowd for lunch and greeted each one saying 'Bon appetite'. He also took a selfie with PD Sin Yoon-seob and camera director to wrap the heartwarming Seollal event.

The production team said, "Although we had to work on Seollal due to the inevitable circumstances, everybody felt happy thanks to Rain's thoughtful gift".

Rain plays double roles in the SBS' new Wednesday & Thursday drama, "Please Come Back, Mister". The drama begins at 10 PM on February 24th.

*** I do think there’s something a little romantic and childlike about RAIN. I love how he stays true to himself. I find that geeky side adorable from afar. But that’s probably what I love most about him. This man can do no wrong in my book. He is such a cutie in this another teaser. He is a great piece of eye candy!  NICE teaser! My day just got better! This made my heart flutters. I’m looking forward to this series because of RAIN. I have this thing for him… that I would watch it even if the plot isn’t that good… But, I guess the story material has the potential to either be really great. After all, we all need that fluffy drama in our lives. I’m sure he will do justice to this drama. I am looking forward to see more of him. Good luck to him & to all other cast!

Hilarious Hijinks Abound in 3rd Trailer for “Please Come Back, Mister”

 

 

SBS has recently dropped its third teaser for the upcoming drama “Please Come Back, Mister” starring Rain and actress Oh Yeon Seo.

In the gut-busting trailer, two recently deceased men, played by Kim Soo Ro andKim In Kwon, are given a second chance at life and suddenly inhabit the young, good-looking bodies portrayed by Rain and Oh Yeon Seo. They are then instructed to never reveal their true identities, and then we get a few hilarious clips of the men adjusting to their new bodies.

It’s not all fun and games, though – both Rain and Oh Yeon Seo are seen shedding tears in the trailer, as well.

Rain is so going to rock his role, is he? I like what I see of him in the third teaser of Come Back, Ajusshi, be it flaunting that splendid physique, slapping his own ample butt or getting all teary. Oh Yeon Seo is surprisingly hilarious as Kim Su Ro’s gangsta chef’s body-inhabitant. It is a rather queer mash-up but I think it’s going to work. I can’t find a complete Youtube clip – that can be viewed by all – of this teaser so I’ll just provide the link instead.

Rain and Oh Yeon Seo have an awkward first meeting on ‘Please Come Back, Mister’

 

Upcoming SBS TV Wed-Thu drama ‘Please Come Back, Mister’ has released a new set of stills featuring Rain and Oh Yeon Seo who have skinship at just their first meeting.

Rain takes on the role of Lee Hae Joon who is a good-looking man working as a section chief in the women’s apparel section of a department store, when he gets possessed by the spirit of Kim Young Soo (Kim In Kwon) who was worked to death.

Meanwhile, Oh Yeon Seo plays a beautiful woman named Hong Nan, but she gets possessed by the spirit of tough mafia guy Han Gi Tak (Kim Su Ro).

In the stills, Rain is seen leaning on the pillar, while he awkwardly holds Oh Yeon Seo at the waist level. Oh Yeon Seo meanwhile looked surprised, and actually raised her hips even further after getting held by Rain, and it made for a comical sight. Rain is seen looking really flustered at the whole situation with an awkward expression, and looking really stiff.

This particular scene was filmed at a Seoul hotel on January 18th, and the scene required Lee Hae Joon to save Hong Nan from falling. This was the first time that the two were working together, and they reportedly showed great enthusiasm as they met. The two also actively discussed the scene over and over again with the director prior to filming, just so that they could make it as funny and natural as possible.

When filming got underway, the two didn’t mind the fatigue as they filmed the scene for than 20 times. They also tried their best to make all kinds of comical poses, and it left many filming staff laughing at their antics.

The drama is based on the Japanese novel Tsubakiyama Kacho no Nanokakan by Jiro Asada, and will tell the comedy human story of several people getting revived for a limited time after dying, and will premiere on February 24th at 10PM (KST).

"Please Come Back, Mister" Rain wraps his arms around Oh Yeon-seo's waist

 

 

Rain and Oh Yeon-seo got intimate from the beginning in the new SBS drama, "Please Come Back, Mister".

Rain and Oh Yeon-seo take on the roles of 30-something year olds: elite manager Lee Hae-joon, a former section chief in his 40s who died of overwork and hot and sexy Hong Nan who was a former gang leader.

Oh Yeon-seo turns over a new leaf after her death and gets another chance at life.

"Please Come Back, Mister" released pictures of Rain and Oh Yeon-seo on the 12th. Rain is leaning on a pole and looking cunningly at Oh Yeon-seo with his arm wrapped around her waist. Oh Yeon-seo looks shocked at his behavior and has her hips pulled back as far as possible to avoid getting close to him.

This scene was taken at a hotel in KangNam on the 18th last month. Hae-joon is holding up Hong Nan who almost fell and this was repeated about 20 times.

Rain and Oh Yeon-seo worked together for the first time but they were excellent together.

"Please Come Back, Mister" is about the re-life of a group of friends who visit the other world but are given another chance at life starring Kim Soo-ro, Ra Mi-ran, Kim In-kwon, Choi Won-yeong, Rain, Lee Min-jeong, Lee Honey, Oh Yeon-seo, Yoon Park and more.

New Preview for Please Come Back Ahjusshi is Laughter and Tears with Much Rain and Oh Yeon Seo Eye Candy

 

 

I wonder what the soul swapping mythology of upcoming SBS drama Please Come Back Ahjusshi will be? Does the two dead ahjusshi characters in Kim Soo Ro and Kim In Kwon take over the hottie bodies of Rain and Oh Yeon Seo‘s characters, or are those gorgeous physical shells specifically created for them to finish unfinished life business in grand fashion. It interests me because I’m soooooo shipping the two leads to get together in the end, even though I know this isn’t a standard romance and really who ends up with who isn’t the point of the story at all. It’s just that Rain and Oh Yeon Seo crackle with such great chemistry and visuals together, plus their characters are going to deliver tons of hilarity with the mix up souls bit. I can also see them hamming it up with just the right amount of ooomph. The latest preview delivers both the laughs and tears, showing us that wrong soul in body hijinks may be funny but nothing is funny but death leaving behind grieving loved ones.

The production team for upcoming SBS TV Wed-Thu drama ‘Please Come Back, Mister’ has today released new stills of Rain drinking alone.

Rain takes on the role of Lee Hae Joon who is a good-looking man working as a section chief in the women’s apparel section of a department store, when he gets possessed by the spirit of Kim Young Soo (Kim In Kwon) who was worked to death. He is set to show his humorous side though his double roles, as well as display his fatherly love.

In the stills, Rain is seen in a suit while drinking alone, and seemed to be drunk. He was also seen slapping his chest to voice his grievances, and made several drunken actions like crying, raising the beer bottle, and left one laughing even though it was supposed to be sad.

This scene was filmed at a restaurant in Yongin recently, where Rain rehearsed with the director before filming. When cameras got rolling, Rain swiftly got into character, and he even did ad-libs which brought out his character to perfection.

Rain and Oh Yeon Seo are Charismatic in Character Posters for Please Come Back Ahjussi

 

 

With Valentine’s Day over and done with, that means it’s mid-February already and rounding the corner into the final stretch of promotions for the two big K-dramas premiering at the end of the month. SBS is keeping the pace for Please Come Back Ahjusshi, starting this week off with clean character posters that work not because of artistic styling but on the strength of the main leads bringing the characters to life against a simple white backdrop. Rain looks dashing and confident while Oh Yeon Seo is super badass and take no prisoners with her finger crook. Then there is schebby nice guy Kim In Kwon, his sweet wife Lee Min Jung, tough guy Kim Soo Ro, and sexy Honey Lee. The aesthetics are nothing to write home about but the two leads are charismatic enough to keep me excited.

Rain Shows Off His Humorous Charms in “Please Come Back, Mister” Preview Stills

 

 

 

The upcoming SBS drama “Please Come Back, Mister” has released some preview stills of Rain, who will be playing two roles of Lee Hae Joon, originally an over-working man in his 40s that got reincarnated as a son of a big enterprise CEO.

For this drama, Rain will be bringing out his comical side to realistically portray his humorous character. In the preview stills, his character looks like he’s having a mental breakdown. Rain’s comical way of clearing the drinks will make the audience laugh for sure.

On the day of filming this scene, Rain came to set early in the morning and seemed eager to start acting despite being busy. He talked thoroughly with the director and made the staff members laugh with his humorous actions during the rehearsal.

When the actual filming began, Rain added many ad-libs and improptu stunts that made it hard for the staff members on set to hold in their laughter.

The production team in charge of the drama stated, “Jung Ji Hoon (Rain) is going all in for this drama. His character will be both comical and emotional. Please look forward to his appearance.”

Meanwhile, “Please Come Back, Mister” will air on February 24 after “Remember” finishes its run.

"Please Come Back, Mister" has unveiled Rains images featuring his 6 different expressions.

Rain will play the double roles in the SBS Wednesday & Thursday drama, "Please Come Back, Mister", which begins on February 24th. His role, Lee Hae-joon is a popular branch manager of a department store who used to be a hopeless and miserable section manager in his previous life and he is also a secret son to a plutocrat.

In the still images revealed on February 16th, Rain is crying sadly like a child while holding a dried cod, a popular side dish food for drinking, or helping himself with liquor alone. His comical and realistic drunk acting was filmed on the 18th of last month in a pojangmacha, a small tented bar on the street, in Yongin, Gyeonggido.
