photo646944.jpg

Rain and Kim Tae-hee couple are still keeping their relationtion sweet.

Kim Tae-hee is drawing attention since she started following her boyfriend Rains Instagram on October 25th. However, Rain is yet to follow Kim Tae-hee's SNS account yet. Netizens assumes based on the situation that there is no problem with the relationship between Rain and Kim Tae-hee and their marriage may be impending.

Since Kim Tae-hee and Rain officially confirmed they were in a relationship in 2013, they have been dating openly and also have been rumored to wed soon repeatedly. Last April and August, rumors went around again saying the two would get married within this year. Their agencies denied the rumors and confirmed nothing had been decided yet at the time.

Meanwhile, SBS' popular drama, "Yong Pal" starring Kim Tae-hee finished recently and Rain drew attention when he established his one person management company.

***I think it's a pretty natural thing to do when you’re a couple, right? Isn't it odd if she doesn't follow him or vice-versa? Netizens are quite cheesy – but, well, I still find her cute doing it. :P

Oh, you two lovebirds!

Fans have noted that Kim Tae Hee has recently started following her celebrity boyfriend, Rain, on his Instagram, which became a hot topic - although, come on, it's a pretty natural thing to do when you're dating someone, right?  It's still undeniably adorable, and it looks like they're dating well, which is always a nice update for fans.

Of course, following someone on Instagram might as well be akin to announcing your engaged on Facebook according to netizens because they are once again wondering if this means they're in the first stages of planning a marriage... Yes, you're reading the signs so spot on.

Was this what netizens were imagining?

"Honey, let's make it official."

"Does this mean... what I think it means?"

"Yes, I want to follow you on Instagram. Will you accept this honor?"

"Yes! A thousand times yes!"

Well, they're relevant....IDK why some people are still against KTH & their relationship & vice-versa..... Sometimes their words are breaking my heart. There are still comments, which are sarcastic. [28-Oct-15][Queensland Government]K-Pop celebrity to star in Queensland tourism campaign

credit : ratoka - http://rain-cloud.co.kr/

Korean celebrity and K-Pop sensation, Rain, will star in a new Queensland tourism marketing campaign that will entice more Korean travellers to visit.

Minister for Tourism and Major Events, Kate Jones, said K-Pop, or Korean pop music, was a cultural phenomenon in Korea and amongst millions across the world.

“Rain will travel to Queensland to front the new ‘Q-Pop’ campaign that will invite Koreans to visit,” Ms Jones said.

“The campaign will encourage Koreans to holiday in the state and experience attractions including Cairns and Great Barrier Reef; surfing and water sports on the Gold Coast; outdoor nightlife and lifestyle experiences in Brisbane; and the state’s array of food and wine offerings.

“TEQ will work in partnership with Korean Air and other in-market trade partners from early November to promote flight and holiday packages to Queensland.”

Minister Jones said the announcement of the Q-Pop initiative coincided with a tourism trade mission to the country which included a celebration to mark 20 years since Queensland had first established a tourism presence in the market.

“TEQ led a delegation of nine tourism businesses to Seoul and Busan this week, marking the 20-year milestone,” she said.

“Korea is an important market for Queensland with 53,000 Koreans visiting the state in the year to June 2015, a four per cent year-on-year increase, spending $147 million on their visits.

“This is why we’ve had a presence in market over the past two decades – to work closely with trade partners each year, market Queensland holidays and encourage inbound travel by Koreans.

“The trade mission, ’Queensland on Tour – Korea’ has allowed Queensland tourism operators to meet with approximately 200 travel trade representatives to establish relationships and grow business opportunities.

“Tourism operators from the Gold Coast, Whitsundays, Brisbane and Tropical North Queensland were represented on the mission, including wildlife parks, tour operators, island resorts and theme parks.”

Ms Jones said earlier this month TEQ hosted 22 Korean travel agents on a visit to Brisbane and the Gold Coast to experience local tourism products first-hand and strengthen their ability to sell the destination.

The Q-Pop campaign is an initiative of Tourism and Events Queensland (TEQ) in partnership with Korean Air, Tourism Australia, Brisbane Airport Corporation, Brisbane Marketing, Gold Coast Tourism and Tourism Tropical North Queensland.

Male stars also graced the occasion, as “Oh My Ghostess” star Jo Jung-suk and iconic hallyu star Rain made their appearance at the event.

The charity event has been held annually since 2006 with the slogan, “Love Your W,” to donate to a campaign to support surgeries and medical examinations for women in need. Over 5,000 women got breast checkups free of charge, while 68 women regained their health and beauty through treatments and surgeries.

K-POP sensation Rain has been called in by the Queensland government to help entice South Koreans to visit the Sunshine State.

The South Korean actor, singer-songwriter and music producer will star in a new Queensland tourism marketing campaign showcasing the state’s best assets.

The campaign seeks to get South Koreans visiting attractions such as Cairns and Great Barrier Reef, as well as enjoying surfing and water sports on the Gold Coast, the outdoor night-life in Brisbane, and the state’s array of food and wine.

Tourism and Events Queensland will also work in partnership with Korean Air and other in-partners to promote flight and holiday packages to Queensland, starting from early next month.

Rain, whose real name is Jung Ji-hoon, is considered one of South Korea’s biggest pop stars both at home and internationally.

He was mentioned in Time magazine’s 100 Most Influential People Who Shape Our World in 2006 and his acting credits in South Korea and the US include Sang Doo! Let’s Go To School, Speed Racer, Ninja Assassin and I’m a Cyborg, But That’s OK, which was awarded the Alfred Bauer Prize at the Berlin Film Festival in 2006.

The 33-year-old has released six studio albums and runs his own entertainment company, J Tune Entertainment.

The announcement of the Q-Pop initiative, which seeks to harness K-Pop’s huge popularity in South Korea and across Asia, will coincide with a tourism trade mission to South Korea that will mark 20 years since Queensland first established a tourism presence in the country.

South Korea is considered an important market for Queensland, with 53,000 Koreans visiting the state in the 12 months to June — a four per cent year-on-year increase — and spending about $147 million while they’re here.

“This is why we’ve had a presence in market over the past two decades — to work closely with trade partners each year, market Queensland holidays and encourage inbound travel by Koreans,” tourism and major events minister Kate Jones said.

The trade mission has allowed Queensland tourism operators to meet with about 200 travel trade representatives in order to establish relationships and further business opportunities, Ms Jones said.

“Tourism operators from the Gold Coast, Whitsundays, Brisbane and Tropical North Queensland were represented on the mission, including wildlife parks, tour operators, island resorts and theme parks.”

TEQ hosted 22 Korean travel agents on a visit to Brisbane and the Gold Coast this month to experience local tourism products first-hand and strengthen their ability to sell the destination.

K-Pop star Rain to sell Gold Coast to Korea in new Queensland tourism campaign

credit : scorpiola - http://rain-cloud.co.kr/

KOREAN movie star and K-Pop sensation Rain will sing the Gold Coast’s praises in a new Queensland tourism marketing campaign designed to boost Korean visitor numbers.

Tourism and Major Events Minister Kate Jones said Rain, one of Korea’s biggest celebrities, would travel to Queensland to front a new Q-Pop campaign to invite Koreans to holiday in the Sunshine State.

“Korea is an important market for Queensland with 53,000 Koreans visiting the state in the year to June 2015, a four per cent year-on-year increase, spending $147 million on their visits,” Ms Jones said.

Almost half of them (26,000) visited the Gold Coast and more than 91 per cents of them were aged 15-49 – Rain’s key demographic.

Born Jung Ji-hoon, Rain, 33, has become a household name in Korea and Japan since he burst on to the music scene as a 16-year-old.

The first Korean to win an MTV Award, he has released seven albums (six Korean and one Japanese), 28 singles and toured the world with his live show.

An accomplished actor, he has starred in numerous Korean films, enjoyed roles in US movies Speed Racer (2008) and Ninja Assassin (2009) and starred alongside Bruce Willis and John Cusack in The Prince (2014).

After initially delaying his compulsory military service, Rain finally enlisted in the army in October, 2011 and was discharged in July, 2013

During the past two years, Rain’s popularity has exploded in countries including China, Singapore, Thailand, Canada and the US.

The growth in Korean visitors to Australia is forecast to continue at least until 2022-23.

South Korea has a population of more than 50 million people.

Unlike many Asian visitors to Australia, tourists from Korea enjoy surf and watersports.

“The campaign will encourage Koreans to holiday in the state and experience attractions, including Cairns and Great Barrier Reef, surfing and water sports on the Gold Coast, outdoor night-life and lifestyle experiences in Brisbane and the state’s array of food and wine offerings,” Ms Jones said.

The Q-Pop campaign was announced in Korea on Wednesday night as part of a Tourism and Events Queensland trade mission to Seoul and Busan.

Five Gold Coast businesses – Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Catch-a-Crab, Tropical Fruit World, Village Roadshow Theme Parks and Dream World & Sky Point – are among the nine tourism operators represented in the delegation.

The Q-Pop announcement was made at a celebration to mark 20 years since Queensland first established a tourism presence in Korea.
