Comparing Missing You ratings with competitor dramas:Ratings for NG also went down from 17%  (Ep 16) to 16% (Ep 17). I thought Great Seer was already having 2-digit ratings.
I hope the students are done with their exams so that their ommonis can watch...
Hoping for a 2-digit rating for Ep.2.
Just the same, happy to hear great things about the drama! Now, if only these could be translated!
By the way, I was so happy about JB's positive review of Episode 1...She is quite fastidious with dramas....
I Miss You: Episode 1

I Miss You premiered today, and I was eager to check it out for a few reasons. First off, the childhood leads are amazing. I like the adult leads as well, Yoochun and Yoon Eun-hye, and think they’d rock the melodrama genre, in addition to basically loving Yoo Seung-ho in anything he does. Plus, the writer and PDs’ resumés (Smile You, Can You Hear My Heart, Can’t Lose, Thank You) had me hopeful for a heartfelt, warm type of melo, rather than the overly theatrical kind.

Except… this is not a heartwarming melo. It’s a hardcore tearjerker with tragedy up the wazoo. I am decidedly nonplussed about this. I was all set to embrace this show and dive into the emotional whirlpool, only now, I find myself hesitant. I Miss You is definitely beautiful to look at, well-shot and strongly acted with characters whose predicaments you can really sympathize with. It’s the overload of misery that gives me pause.

I’ll hold out hope that things take an upturn, because there’s something here that’s quite compelling. As with so many things, it’s a matter of balance, and if I Miss You can deliver enough emotional substance to counter the heavy dramatics, I’m much more optimistic about its future.

Can't wait to see her in this drama later. I have a feeling that this drama will do well despite low rating at the start and I think eun hye will be perfect for this role. Soo Yeon and Eun Hye have a lot of things in common in my eyes lol and it's scared me a little how similar the female child actress is similar to eun hye =)) the way they both smile or cry O__O

Was able to watch the livestream this morning without any hitch  <:-P.  Was hoping to see a glimpse of our dearest YEH at the ending previews.

My two cents:
As long as the drama gives me that warmth even after I've cried a bucket of tears,  I will be following and watching this 'til the end.  I don't know with you guys but it's as if I am watching a full length movie but in parts only.  It gives off  that "you have something to look forward to next week and next week and then another week, etc....".

Guess, if ratings system would count the number of views in all of the websites this drama has gotten just for the past 2 episodes (to think that his hasn't been english/internationally subbed yet), it will hit the 2 EVEN the 3 digit mark everybody's pining for. )
 
Wishful thinking:
Hope the adult LSY (YEH) would sing that song sung by the young LSY.  Here's also wishing that the adult HJW would hear it and both of them be able to sing it together.  YEH & PYC has sweet voices and this will be a daebak unforgettable moment.  ;

P. S.
I for one doesn't know Korean (just the basic ones) but just by watching alone, I can grasp what the actors are conveying in the drama.  That's how good they all are.  The drama has heart!
