Which Asian Nationality Have Natural Double Eyelids Without Surgery

Hm.. Southeast asians have double eyes lids. For example, i'm cambodian-chinese and it's pretty rare for a cambodian to have single eyelids

My lola's grandma have a 50% chinese blood so I have a 10% chinese blood (Estimate only). My Father side (that have a Chinese blood) have a single eyelid and my Mother side (that have a Spanish blood) have a double eye lid. My brother have a double eye lid and his eyes are big and my eyes have double eye lid too but my eyes are small. Is that normal? Btw I am a Filipino with Spanish and Chinese blood.
