I gotta say i love the cast!!! Jandi is cute and even though she's kinda overreacting but i think that's because of her character. It's cartoonish, if you lose the cartoon parts, it doesn't feel right. I've seen GHS done better in dramas and i believe she will improve as the story progresses. I was already prepared to watch this drama 1-4episodes are at least 75% similar to HYD since it's based on manga and i prefer it that way too.

Lee Minho totally looks the part, i knew it when i saw the trailer and when i saw his pictures. I love his version of Tsukasa. Usually i only like Rui better than Tsukasa in the previous HYD versions but i actually end up liking Tsukasa better in this version of HYD.

The other members of F4 looks the part but it's just Kim Joon's fobby english that made me cringe. Hope he gets rid of it~~

Kim Bum is such a cutie and although i'm not a big fan of Hyunjoong, he's alright here, he's acting his part but i feel i watched Korea version Oguri Shun..... I hope he will add his own flavor in the upcoming episodes.

The bad thing is i hate the soundtrack, it's dull!!!! I hope they use the artists from coffee prince or some better ones...

But i guess this PD is not good at selecting songs. But i was pretty cool about Delightful girl's choonhyang ost, why can't they make it cool like in CH?

Anyways, enough of my ranting. I'm eagerly waiting for episode 2 and i'm happy to see the chinese subs to come out SO fast!

I've never done this before... watching a drama before it's more than at least half way over...

But I broke down and watched the first episode of Boys Over Flower... ^^

Unrealistic but it's a fiction, right?!

After finishing the first episode I can now safely say that the hype didn't disappoint

Boys Over Flowers is truly a feel good drama;

Throughout it all, I had a goofy grin plastered on my face, from Jan-Di's facial reactions to Jun-Pyo's egotistical self-reassurance, and even the "Wassup Maaan!"s in between (although I have no clue how that could've fit into the scene context).

And LOL @ the BORBES Asia magazine.

Way to make a 'real' magazine that looks like it came fresh out of a sloppy PS job.

i just started watching episode 1. im so thankful for subs haha

ive heard of hana yori dango but ive never read the manga or seen any of the live drama versions so im completely new to the story haha

i only know a little bit of the main plot. so far i like it

although i know since its adapted from a manga, so sometimes the acting will be exaggerated... but i don't really like the main actress' acting.. =X

its a little too much sometimes and badly done, imo. im hoping it'll grow on me

Ahhh, episode 2! *___* Just watched it, the party actually doesn't follow the j-drama version like we thought, it's actually following that scene where they all go on a trip, with a couple of minor alterations. Lots of Babo Junpyo in this episode, he's hilariously stuck up and childish (though I'm worried he might be starting to overact like his peers :x).

Oh, and there seems to be a new song by Shinee featured in some of the scenes.

Oh, i really really want to watch this drama from the first ep to the last ep right now. I really can't wait. hix. At my country (VietNam), now is 9:14 PM, so it means, ep 2 is on air in Korea. hix. Have to wait to download ep 2. >.<

About the first episode, i think:

* At first, the drama's quite slowly. And Jan Di acting is not very good. But from the middle of the drama, the rythems of the film are better and her acting is better too. I really suprise at JP's vehicle= helicoper. OMG! So shok. so excited. In japanese and Taiwan drama, just car. hehe. korea drama is so great. woa.

* Of course, drama can't be similar to the manga. But, the producer still keep the main theme. Haha ^.^ I like it. They still keep the sentence of Tsukasa: "There's no need police if sorry is ok" (i mean it but i don't know translate in to English >.<).

* I really suprise at Min Ho's acting. Before this drama, he hadn't been a main actor in any dramas. But his acting is so great. When he's cool, when he's smile...look at his face! I'm sure after this drama he will be a hot actor. He is real Doumiyouji Tsukasa!

Hana Yori Dango is the most interesting manga i have ever read. I love this mange, i read it many many times. I hope that, this drama will success
