My favorite breakfast consists of a bowl of fruits (raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, melon) to be exact! Might throw in some apple boats too.
Or two slices of bread with mackerel.

Eating some heavy food in the morning, e.g; hot dog, cheesy toast, dinner leftovers, would be out of my galaxy, lol.
