one question was running through my mind

when auditioning for a part

do you record with the bg music playing

and then give it to the person

or you record your voice without bg music

and then give it to the person

which one is better? or which one is more helpful for the mixer?

^ the final clip will HAVE to be without the music. however, the audition clips are up to you. it is preferred without the music so i can hear your voice better. but if you prefer to do it with the music in the background, it's totally up to you.
