Plot:
Due to his father's disappearance, Itsuki Iba has to take over the family business: a magician dispatch service. Their family basically employs countless magicians and other supernatural beings in order to send them out to help those who need magical assistance. As a leader, Itsuki now has to be tough, commanding, and reliable, but there's one problem, he's a coward who lets anyone walk all over him. The running joke of the show is he gets hit by Hanami and Adilisia when any girl even looks at him. Also, in order to run a successful business, he has to connect with his employees, which is more difficult than it seems due to his personality. But not only does he have to deal with his own employees, he also has to deal with those who threaten the family business.

Characters

Itsuki Iba (伊庭 いつき, Iba Itsuki?) Voiced by: Jun Fukuyama
He is the leader of the group of rent a magicians called Astral. He has said himself that he doesn't even know how he came to be the leader of the group. He is a first rate coward who lets everyone walk all over him. He doesn't defend himself from getting hit by Honami or Adilisia for doing nothing. He has a right eye which looks demonic in nature that he keeps behind a patch. When he uses it he can see the weakness of magic used against him, and occasionally memories of the castor.

Honami Takase Ambler (穂波・高瀬・アンブラー, Honami Takase Anburā?) Voiced by: Kana Ueda
She works for Itsuki but acts like the boss because of the financial problems. She is an expert in Celtic magic. She rides a broom like a witch but it needs fuel to go. She has a crush on Itsuki but is the first one to put him down and hit him when any other girl pays even the slightest attention to him.

Adilisia Lenn Mathers (アディリシア・レン・メイザース, Adirisia Ren Meizāsu?) Voiced by: Mikako Takahashi
Leader of the Goetia rent a magicians from the UK. She also seems to have a crush on Itsuki and just like Honami is the first one to put him down for his low capabilities but then hit him when any other girl pays even the slightest attention to him.

Mikan Katsuragi (葛城 みかん, Katsuragi Mikan?) Voiced by: Rie Kugimiya
Works for Astral as a Shinto specialist. She is the youngest of the group and adds Onichan most of the time when she talks about Itsuki. (Though not related)

Ren Nekoyashiki (猫屋敷 蓮, Nekoyashiki Ren?) Voiced by: Junichi Suwabe
Works for Astral as a Shinto specialist who specializes in Onmyoudou and uses familiars known as Shikigami,especially the cat variety.

Manami Kuroha (黒羽 まなみ, Kuroha Manami?) Voiced by: Shizuka Itō
She is an Apprentice at Astral.

i really like the anime, and i first saw it in Newtype so i was already interested on what the anime was gonna be about and it wasn't that great with the opening but they pull if off with the ending song which was good! what was funny that the main character is a coward which surprised me big time! ^^
and the characters.... they turn out to be rather something else and with a differnet personality than i thought...

any thoughts?

i watched the first 2 ep..its alright i guess..

his eye reminds me of allen's eye from D gray man.
