The writers were interviewed today and they said there is no plan for Season 2. They were surprised themselves when they found out Soo Hyun was going to do the cameo, they don't even personally know him. Because the cameo left such a strong impression on viewers, it led people to believe it was a teaser for a second season but that was not the intent. They just wanted to show that the hotel continues to operate even after IU leaves.
Honestly, I don't think Soo Hyun would chose a Season 2 of a drama for his comeback, he likes new challenges.

There are only two articles about this and they are just predictions. If it was official, there would be tonnes of articles everywhere. Since he still has a contract with KE, I don't think anything can be disclosed yet. I bet even KE doesn't know for sure, but I'm sure they're doing everything they can to get him to stay.
I sincerely hope his cousin is a good guy and not leeching off him. I think this cousin is from his mom's side and as we know, Soo Hyun's aunts helped him and his mom a lot after his parents separated. If they do end up working together, I hope it's not because SH feels obligated to repay his aunt and her family.
I trust and respect his decision, but I really don't want Soo Hyun to work with his family since people are already biased against this cousin.

His new CF seems kind of weird to me. Instead of taking official photos, Keyeast is just giving them pictures from an old photoshoot. It's like they're just selling his name and attaching his pictures to their product. I think Soo Hyun and Keyeast are at a bit of an awkward stage right now because they know he's leaving. Do they accept new work for him or not?

Hi willenette, Soo Hyun was selected as the model for MODETOUR in October 2017 and these photos were taken right before he enlisted. Even though they knew he wouldn't be able to do any additional promotions after the photoshoot, they signed him on for 3 years.
