Hey, now..Eye Love You has more episodes than what is on Netflix. I made it to ep 5, so now I want to finish it. What is frustrating is that she reads the mine of her "boss"(?) Hanaoka, who says he always loved her, but he is fine knowing she loves Tae-O. Of course, she feels bad, but then Tae-O asks if she cares for him more than a friend and she says sorry, no. HUH? I found out why Tae-O is an intern at the company, I guess he is also an environmentalist so his concentration would be on the packaging. Ok.... A side note, the actor playing Hanaoka was also in a drama, You, Me & Bach, which I recommend. I think I saw it on Viki.

Yes, I think he is natural. I wish the FL would settle down and act like a normal person . I'm curious about the other guy, Akito Hanaoka. I smell a love triangle. How is interning at a chocolate company related to Tae-O's love of otters? OMG, I just realized the same actress is in Eye Love You and Vivant! I don't like her in either drama.

I finally made it to ep 4 of Vivant. Now the trio is finally back in Japan. I hope it gets better. Still watching Eye Love You. Something about the FL bugs, so it makes watching this drama difficult. Found a new one Extremely Inappropriate. Father and daughter insulting each other, but I think that's their way of communicating

@gtLmh0622 Thanks for the post about JIW and LMH! I know I sound like a broken record, but I really want to see these two friends collaborate on something, an entertainment show or even a YouTube vlog. If JIW cooks and takes care of everything, what does LMH do? Reminds me of LSG and LMH.

I figured Pachinko would air the 2nd half of the year. If you look at the future releases on Apple, July would be the earliest it could possibly air. I guess Pachinko and ATS will air pretty close together. I'm hoping ATS might air in the summer, then Pachinko the end of the year. I still think he'll have a fan meet for promotional purpose and he hasn't had one since just before MS.

I'm all over the place, I guess because nothing is really grabbing me. Now I'm watching Vivant. It has good reviews in Asian Wiki. I'll watch a couple more episodes, but disliked when the characters rubbed human feces to throw off the dog so they would not be found. Good thing I wasn't eating. ****** Thanks for the Kirin cf @MayanEcho. Meme is really adorable when he smiles.

I ended up starting Eye Love You. There's a Korean actor that I'm sure you're familiar with in the drama, actually, I think he's the ML.

Finished Meet me after school and glad to be done with it. They parted, time jump 4 years later. He graduated from college and supposedly had a job. She went to Thailand to teach Japanese. And....they ended up together. I did, however like the SML (her ex fiancé) and SFL (his boss) who ended up together. The boss, I guess, was bisexual because she was with a woman initially. Maybe they were also walking the fine line of sexual harassment. ********* On to find another Jdrama. Watched 1/2 of Shogun episode 4 today.

Meet Me After School drives me nuts! Teachers in this drama are very involved in the lives of the students, going way beyond what I remember going to school in the US. I think that is why the FL keeps getting into so much trouble. She means well, but now I'm getting irritated. She keeps denying she has feeling for the student, now 18, but yet, she keeps going out of her way to help him. Finally, she admitted she loves him. HIs mother is still very much against the couple. The FL had not one, but two, stable good guys who were interested, but nope, she'll end up with the student. She will not be able to teach with the scandal, and he's planning to drop out of school even though his prospects are good if he attends college. ARgh two more episodes!

While I wait for the next episode of Shogun, I started Meet me after School. A 15 year old (Akira Kuroiwa) falls for his young teacher (Hijiri Suenaga). The teacher is engaged, but that doesn't stop the Akira from pursing her. Meanwhile, Hijiri's fiancé (Shotaro Kawai) hangs out with his boss (Ritsu haraguchi), who just broke up her girlfriend. I suspect Shotaro and his boss will end up together. The drama begins with Akira slapping, yes slapping his teacher. She doesn't tell anyone. I think there's a time jump where they meet again when Akira is older.
