My Memory does not serve me right but did Head Nurse and MY ever Interact?, 

 

1. MY's dad and MY have interacted twice now, excluding the flashback wherein he is strangling her. Once she passed by so DAD did not have enough time to strangle MY, second time he did. We do not know precisely if Head Nurse caused the trigger.

2. If Head Nurse is possibly MY' mom then MY due to trauma has forgotten her face --->>This is possible since she actually thought the Rich lady wearing fur was her Mother.

 

Interesting and Out of BOX Take, since this show has elements of mystery this theory sounds great.

Well it could also be because she had plastic surgery. We weren’t shown as such but the issue on plastic surgery was touched in the latest episode.

Also a subject everyone touches: the way Juri said that if she wasn’t her mom she would staple her lips, that was a very aggressive comment. Someone with real anger management deficiency would say. When i first saw that moment I was so scared at the possibilities and the fact that she would actually do that.

 

Juri obviously has anger management issues. The way she reacts aggressively to everything related to MY shows that she’s hiding some deep seated issues. The fact that even mom is scared of her is-

I JUST REALIZED THAT JURI’S MOM COULD BE MY’S MOM TOO. Except she’s not neurotic like her daughter. Maybe once again plastic surgery happened. And brain lobotomy... this is getting weird.

 

What if Juri’s mom IS MY’s mom; then that would mean that they will be sisters. Imagine living with a psychotic sister, but maybe Juri can be nice?

About the head nurse. What he said brought many things to light. We weren’t shown the mother’s face at all. Here are some instances where it could be possible that she could be MY’s mom.

 

As someone pointed earlier, we saw a person peeking from the window and watching MY from afar. And she had her black hair tied in a bun much like the nurses of the hospital. And all the nurses with tied up hair has brownish hair except for the head nurse. 

 

1. When the director spoke with MY’s dad, he didn’t answer. But when the head nurse came around he started to say that “she’s beautiful”. Even if not shown directly, seeing the nurse triggered his memory and he spoke.

 

2. In that choking scene, if a nurse was with the patient it won’t be much of a problem. So maybe MY’s dad saw the nurse as a ghost.

 

3. When MY’s dad tried to choke MY, the head nurse was with them. Once again maybe a trigger.

 

4. When Juri was pissed that MY won’t come to get the signature, the head nurse pressed to go and get her signature.

 

5. The issue on plastic surgery was touched. Could be a hint.

I just noticed something. In this picture below, MY looks at KT through an open window. Apart from it referencing the Romeo-Juliet tragedy, I feel like it also screams “open feelings”.
 

 

MY is an open book when it comes to romance. She shows KT that she likes him, desperately wants him and he’s HERS !! While KT looks at her like she’s nuts...

Oh my god the chemistry is freakin’ amazing. I’m still so amazed by how compatible they’re together. If they won’t win best couple.. oh also, our lead actress really knows how to kiss, unlike the fish kisses. So... 

 

 

But for real, they’re.. they’re like tied together. One can’t be complete without the other. I didn’t feel this compatibility between the king and the girl from the other universe in the Monarch. Even if that drama is super hyped. But here... Jesus Christ.

 

Also I officially love the CEO. He’s HILARIOUS. I can’t wait to see how he falls for his assistant. That’s gotta be amazing.

I can’t get over the fact that hyung’s t-shirt says “you’re too close” when the boys are sharing the bed. It’s hilarious cuz MKT stares at hyung when he tells the story. Lol.

I don’t think that matchmaker patient is KMY’s mom. KMY came to the hospital and had a “literary” session with the patients. If anything she should’ve noticed her own mother. We might get a cameo by some actress as her daughter.

 

About hyung’s violent streak: it’s true we don’t see every side of his persona. But as an autistic man, I don’t think he would go into that extremes (killing someone a.k.a mom) even if he has an episode. You can’t judge a book by its cover for sure, but it seems like he’s more afraid of how his brother reacts rather than how anyone else reacts.

 

I really feel sorry for MKT. You could see how much he’s suffering when he has to take care of his brother right after his mom died. We weren’t told about his dad, were we? Is he really dead or is he “dead” like KMY’s mom?

 

KMY is a breath of fresh air for MKT (and us, tbh, we haven’t had a female lead that daring since.. forever?). I can see that he wants to just jump in head-first into her crazy world but his hyung is what’s stopping him. I want him to do that. To be all “to hell with everything, I’m gonna accept that challenge” because I think the difference would be astounding.

 

But I seriously feel bad for him. He’s such a traumatized person. His mom didn’t really show that she loved her, even if she did. She legit told him that she gave birth to him to take care of his brother. That sounds so sick to hear from your own mother when you were that young. This boy is so strong there are no other words. I know I said I want him to give in to KMY but I also want him to do it on his own, not because he’s attracted to this crazy lady. Of course the romance is a must. But he shouldn’t choose between his brother and KMY. And even if he has to, I say he should choose KMY. He deserves a moment away from his brother who he took care of his entire life. 
 

Plus hyung beats him during his episodes. Even after taking care of him, something a younger brother doesn’t really do, he still takes the beatings, smiles because then hyung thinks he’s happy. All I want to do is wrap my arms around MKT and hug him tight and let him relax and tell him that everything is going to be okay. He needs someone to take care of him. And I want to do that even if I’m way younger than him.

 

Please, he needs space to breathe. Someone ship him off to Hawaii with the crazy lady, please. Or without. Either way she’ll follow him, I’m sure. Heh.

1) The chemistry between the leads are unbelievable. I’m in so much awe when they’re sharing a scene together. Initially I thought that they’d have chemistry only when they shared scenes together. But in today’s episode it proved that not only when they’re together but when they’re far away from each other and are thinking of each other still they have chemistry. It’s unbelievable. I’ve been telling myself that I’ve seen better chemistry but they’re just.. something about even looking at each other. The eye-banging is so intense. I feel all hot and bothered when they share scenes together. It’s like they only have eyes for each other. They see nobody but each other. It’s that intense. I’m also positive that when he started thinking of KMY that he’s a goner too. Juri has no chance. Absolutely no chance. I can’t stand her anyway. As KMY said, she is RickRoll'D and two-faced. It’s obvious. 
 

2) I think we can say surely now that KMY’s mom is alive. The ghost is her and I’m pretty sure that even if no one is mentioning her, she’s the person who made KMY’s life so mysterious and dark. Making sure that her daughter stayed by her side and never moved an inch. There’s something dark and disturbing about her mom. I hope we can explore it more.

I absolutely loved KDY’s cameo and was a bit upset when he was only there for two episodes. I thought when he came in he was going to be the second lead and that it was going to be so much fun. But then he dropped his clothes and I knew that he was just another patient.. *sighs*
 

The chemistry between our two leads are still so passionate and I just can’t wait for the moment when KT would stop worrying about consequences and just jump in head first. I love everyone except Juri for some reason. She just seems so fake. I have a theory that she would end up in the mental institute for her temper. She just keeps watching our duo and loosing her cool. I don’t like her at all.

And no, I did NOT definitely expect to love this. This took me by surprise, not just because I’m not a big fan of KSH. But good lord, the twists and turns and the very unexpectance of everything that’s happening in one episode. It’s blowing off every kdrama trope and I’m here for it.

 

Im serious, I never expected to love it and wait for it. I’m really blown away. Two episodes down, fourteen more to go. I get butterflies (heh) just by imagining the best sex they would have—

Its blatantly obvious that the leads have super thick chemistry that you could cut with a knife (heh). I could watch them eye-bang each other every episode for days. But when it really happens. Maaaaan. Just imagine.

I do have to agree with the fact that JWon’s reason to stay back at the hospital is not because GW asked him to. In fact he had already decided that he was gonna stay back. The confession was what made the wet cement dry, imo. He had already decided to stay but when GW confessed, he’s like “okay now I’m really gonna stay”. That’s how I feel about it. That scene was only for the confession and kiss. Not the changing decisions trajectory. Also unlike many people who says otherwise, I feel like the kiss scene was done well. GW didn’t kiss back, true, but that’s because she must’ve been the most shocked. She confessed to her long time crush who seemingly ignores her all the time, only to get kissed. Thinking with her shoes on, I’d probably faint. So kudos for GW for standing her ground and accepting the kiss without fainting. Lol.

Am I the only one wanting SH with CH? 
 

No hate please. But I would love it if SH and IJ continued to be best friends. If they broke up that means the five of them will be awkward when they’re together. I don’t want that happening. I’m speaking from experience. I dated my best friend and when we broke up, even our friends were weird with us. The entire gang broke up and we’re no longer in contact. He dated someone else and I dated someone else but we never saw eye to eye ever since. We were best friends since our childhood so to think of it, it’s weird. So I guess I’m the only one who doesn’t want SH and IJ to date. The awkwardness to kiss your best friend, to know that they have kissed other people, slept with other people and told you about those other people is too weird to name. I would prefer if the writer would pull a surprise twist and make SH date CH or make her be alone in her new hospital. That would be better than dating her best friend.

I love the small Prison Playbook reference. Heh. The most hated Warden has a prison guard girlfriend. When the Prison Playbook theme song played I jumped up to fangirl. He is hot tho. The lawyer. 

 

I love the fact that we have to play “Where’s Waldo” with all the Prison Playbook characters. There’s Jun Wan, Chi Hong, Jae Hak, Prof. Cheon and now the divorce lawyer.

In Fringe, Walter Bishop admits that he stole his doppelgänger’s son from the alternate universe when his own son died from a sickness. He kept telling Peter Bishop that he was very sick and then he recovered, but always with a very sad face. Because the truth is Peter didn’t recover, but he died. Then Walter went to the alternate universe and stole his doppelgänger’s son, who he brought up as his own.

 

Does this sound like the fate of Shin Jae?

Also, the difference between Shin Jae and his character in Prison Playbook is really contrasting. Like Jo Yeong and Jo Eun Sup.

 

I can’t be the only one who’s having a hard time wondering whether to ship Jo Yeong with Lee Gon it Jo Yeong with Jo Eun Sup, right? Hands up please!!

There are some theories in my head that I previously said.

 

1) the savior’s silhouette is Lee Min Ho. Anyone who has watched City Hunter would know that.

 

2) There is some kind of time traveling theory because look at Tae Eul’s phone back cover. It literally reads “back to the future”.

 

3) I haven’t watched episode eight but I’m slightly convinced that Lee Gon from our world is alive. We weren’t show him dying so far. If it’s shown and explained in episode eight please no spoilers.

 

4) We haven’t seen PM Ko from our world yet, have we? Except for that random reflection. There’s more to that story.

 

Also,

 

I have a new OTP now: Eun Sup and Yeong. I can’t believe the fact that I’m shipping Woo Do Hwan with Woo Do Hwan. Also, frustrated Yeong makes Lee Gon smile. He called him cute, heh. I’m seriously wondering if anything will happen between Lee Gon and Yeong cuz I’m loving each and every second they spend with each other. They’re so compatible. 
 

Eun Sup jokes (?) about being gay, didn’t he? Is that a prediction of Yeong’s sexuality? If so, I’m gonna be a goner. 
 

I keep finding small clues and sew those minor details into the drama and try to make sense of it, but I’m failing miserably.

 

All I know is Jo Yeong is cute and we need him with Paeha so much.

Capt Ahn is a very nice guy. He cares, he had a traumatic past that he doesn’t let effect his current status and he likes Song Hwa a lot. First the shoes and now the umbrella. But don’t you think that Shin Won Ho is already giving us hints? 
 

Ik Jun was going to give Song Hwa a gift, but the timing wasn’t right and he missed his chance. And now that he knows Capt Ahn likes her, it’s his chance to not repeat his past mistake and walk up to her and tell her how he feels. If that happens then my theory will be right. But also, missed chances is one of the running topics in this drama. Jun Wan took his chance right from the beginning and he didn’t hesitate. Jeong Won hesitated with Gyeo Wool, so did Ik Jun with Song Hwa. Seok Hyeong also gave his best but was rejected. 
 

I also want to say, Chi Hong gave Song Hwa a pair of shoes, normally according to gift giving, gifting a pair of shoes means helping them to walk away from their lives. But if you gift someone an umbrella, doesn’t that mean that they want to protect you from harm? I’m not exactly sure about this. But it could pretty much mean that.

 

I also won’t be surprised if it ended up wirh Song Hwa meeting someone else entirely, like her family or a friend.

I have been following Shin Won Ho’s every drama starting from Reply 1997 and have been on soompi ever since. In fact my name, heartoppaya is because I heart oppaya (Reply 1994). I have been in the Sherlock Holmes squad here on soompi and have tried to find out who the husband is in every Reply drama. Shin Won Ho is very smart. He knows that we will be participating in his game of finding who the husband is and he leaves small hints and clues for us to find out. So in that sense, he has already given us clues about who ends up with whom, but we haven’t found them out yet.

 

I also like to say that at first I saw a certain pattern when it came to his Reply series: first love. In Reply 1997, the boy won his first love. In Reply 1994, the girl won her first love. And again in Teply 1988, the boy won his first love. Then in Prison Playbook, the girl won her first love. If we really look at it that way, I would say this time in Hospital Playlist, the boy would win his first love. But thing is this, which boy. Because there could be five or four love stories here. Five if all the five friends fall for someone outside their circle. Four if someone in their circle falls for Song Hwa. 

 

But I also want to emphasize this; this drama had been hinting at friendship from the very start. Just look at Rosa and Jong Soo. They have been best friends for a long time and they’re still best friends. At first we shipped Jun Wan with Song Hwa and Jun Wan had been heavily hinting on being best friends and nothing more. But when Ik Jun came to the conversation there is a different approach. Every moment Ik Jun and Song Hwa spend together I’ve noticed that it’s been initialized by Ik Jun. Of course Song Hwa would smile when she sees him because they’re best friends.

 

I don’t want to give myself hope so I’m saying that maybe Jeong Won would win his first love: the Lord. Because he had been wanting to leave his profession to be a priest for a long time. We also have to ask ourselves, why he wants to be a priest in the first place. Was he heartbroken? What happened? We do see lots of memories between Song Hwa and Ik Jun but we don’t see anything between Song Hwa and Jeong Won. Why do they never spend time together?

 

First love could be an option here, but who are we kidding? Shin Won Ho is a master manipulator. He knows what we want and he keeps dragging it.

 

Based on how the characters are placed on Asian Wiki, I also have a feeling that Gyeo Wool would get her man. But Chi Hong will not get his woman. Because for some reason, he’s placed way behind. Why do they have to do this to this actor all the time? He didn’t get his boyfriend in Prison Playbook and now this. It’s heartbreaking. But I’m also not saying anything about Ik Jun and Song Hwa, because that’s something that could happen. But if we start guessing too much, Shin Won Ho would pull a twist and we will get surprised. 

 

Another theory is, the final love interest is introduced in the first episode itself. I don’t really remember what happened in the first episode but was Gyeo Wool and Chi Hong introduced? I’m really not having any hopes about Chi Hong because that boy was meant to suffer his heartbreak.  But Song Hwa and Ik Jun has shared screen time together in every episode. I’m just saying, the might be a possibility.

Maybe he is not the main focus character in both series but both dramas are very good and of course you can see how JKH from the beginning show us signs how good he will become.

Another thing i dont understand is why this show has not bigger ratings?

Not that high rating indicates high quality but in my opinion it deserves a lot more .

 

I have been a fan of Jung Kyung Ho since Heartless City and I immediately fell in love with him. So hard. So like, I’ve been in love with him for seven years
