I know it's just CPR, but it was so beautifully done I forgot it's not a kiss. I kind of squealed when I saw it. Really beautiful scene, can't get over it. :x :x
If they made a CPR scene this beautiful, I expect the oolala scene (if there will be any) to be even more beautiful!

Welcome guys in a world where :
SN will be sad; TN will be sad; TH will be sad; WY will be sad; their respective eunuchs will be sad; DKS will be sad; ET will be dead 8-}.
In conclusion only Tal Tal, Bagan, ED and Byung Soo will be happy
:D About our lovely Byung Soo, didn't anyone have noticed he's the only side character who is doing special mission alone, i mean by that, later, there is a high chance, he will play bigger part in this story
:D Our 'dear' Byung Soo is the only one who can match ET in terms of mad survival skills. If ET can survive poisoning, BS has survived the plague. ET will discover this and think that he finally found his long lost son! 8-} 8-} 8-} 8-} 8-}
Don't want to think about sad moments and child plot so I'll just think of crazy stuff...

I've read the spoilers from the novel and it's hugely different from the current drama. So I still have hope that there is no child plot!
