I do think so. He thinks that he knows DM better just because they grow up together. Of course he knows DM since DM thinks of him as a brother who can always protect her that's why she tells him everything (don't know whether he knows about DM drinking habit or DM likes to stare at a paint when she feels down). But that's all. All he knows that DM is crazy about fangirling things. He needs to wake up sooner

I think Latte reveal will be connected to Ryan solving a big issue for Deok Mi instead of any invented angst. There's a lot of stuff to resolve anyway,

3. Ryan being able to paint again since it might not be resolved automatically,
4. Getting Shin Ah Gil out in the open + DM overcoming her insecurities
5. SJ's husband's show causing problems
6. Successful gallery exhibition
7. DM's mom's memories

8. SA learning about Shin Na Gil
9. Character growth for Sindy
I think there's enough heavy material to cover 6 episodes, and we will need fluff to get through those moments since it is a romcom after all. And Ryan & DM are 30+...they should hurry up and get into the poses SJ suggested lol
If they go with the invented angst mode it might be quite disappointing for me~ as a delulu fangirl i'd be smiling ear to ear if my S/O is so much invested into my hobbies.

i believe all will be resolved perfectly but i don't want all in a hurry without any smooth transition in every scene. I felt it in the beginning of the eps actually. So i think we need to prepare our heart for the bad weather coming before the 2nd historical moment again in the future Is it a sign that they will follow SJ path to have a baby first because they follow her suggested poses since they are 30+ already?
PD-nim won't disappoint us for sure. Only not to get our hopes too high so we will get the very best in the end

As we know Deok Mi doesn't know that Latte-nim is Ryan Gold. To PD-nim, i wish you give me unpredictable plot for revealing Latte-nim's identity. I don't hope that just happen like in other drama when the girl gets to know the truth then she gets mad because of the lie and the break-up happens and perhaps Ryan goes back to New York? Then 3 years later? Bla bla bla...

DM and the gallery's staffs went to eat. when RG is looking at the soup, DM says in her heart "RG is so cute"
ahh.. i hope they reconcile soon DM is walking followed by RG. then RG calls DM and he wants to say something to DM "DM, do you..." cut by DM parents come and calling DM. they want to have a picnic. i don't know why but DM doesn't want to ask RG to join. but when RG sees DM parents bring so much food, he sudddenly said he is hungry
when they have a picnic, RG tries the food and i think it's spicy haha... then DM mom gives him a lion doll. DM corrected her mom by saying his name is Ryan not Lion. (sorry if i make any mistake here)
DM mom as RG to take their pic. then she asked somebody who passing by to take their picture (4 of them, RG included)
then her mom asks DM and RG to take pic together. it's so sweet

DM comes to the cafe and talk to SJ. RG is waiting outside the cafe in his car.

Yeah...me too will never accept that RG and DM being siblings in this drama. If that's the ending, So what's the point of watching a rom-com drama when the melodrama is inside
me myself don't like a melodrama one. Perhaps i won't be watching a rom-com drama until i know the ending first
I hope this drama will just be like another rom-com dramas that end with a happy ending especially for the 1st leads.

Annyeong chingus...
Finally i decided to lurk and write back here again after my long hiatus from this forum. Since i like a romcom, i tried to watch some dramas during my spare time. I was afraid to start one because it'll make me awake all night (kdrama effect
). And i am a fangirl with 2 kids (can i be called a fangirl at this age just like DM? )
Spent some time to catch all of the good thoughts here. Though i've been following this drama from the beginning
Thanks to all recappers and photos of RG posted here Just finished watching HPL eps 8 subbed. Before i dare not to watch this eps because i feel sad and angry to DM for not listening to RG and their fake relationship break-up
but after watching the eps 9 preview, there is hope for a better lovely scene between DM and RG. RG won't be giving up his feelings to DM after he realized he likes DM. Thanks to DI for making him realizing his true feelings. Although DI is so annoying because of her dirty move.
But i think RG started to realize his own feeling before DI asking him whether he is jealous or not. When RG asked DM to dress nicely, it's not only to meet SA. But to ask her out eat at a (nice) restaurant. Perhaps he wanted to say something to DM? In the end he respected DM decision to eat with her family at home and cancelled the reservation. Hope RG knows DM's feeling for him because from the preview DM seems ignore him and make him confess first. And the important thing is RG doesn't have that trauma of holding hands because DM let go of his hand
DM shouldn' t trust others though especially her rival
Can't wait for 4 more days to the next episode of this drama. Wednesday please come soon
