    If someone hasn’t replied yet - it’s KAHI - https://www.kpopmap.com/find-out-about-by-the-moisturizing-stick-kim-goeun-used-in-the-king-eternal-monarch/

Off topic, I like Laniege Lip Sleeping Mask a lot!! I think this Kahi is not very suitable for hot and humid weather like SG’s - I would end up with oil streaks on my face if I do what JTE & Jangmi did - rolling the balm all over their faces ... gaaah! Ewww ... *OILYFace emoji

    Thanks for sharing info...:)

  2. Besides I hope the writer wouldn't give us ending likes the following:

    1. My Love From The Stars.

That's ending is purposely made to fulfill audience wishes. To me, it is not a happy ending because the lovers are separated apart....

    2. Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo

The ending part of this drama is really sad. IU only can view his lover from gallery...

KES must give us happy ending...

Haha.. the animal down under :D:D .. i laugh outloud... i think she just want more people to comment on her site, and any drama by LMH is probably in her hit list. She knew there are many LMH's fans around and to trigger people to comment, so you make nasty commentary.  Works for the young ones not oldies like me , i guess? Hahaha:D

Honestly i never had a thing for LMH, even though i like BBF but not his hair there. Never really watch his other dramas, and City Hunter wasnt that great seeing it last year (coz the sequencing seemed out and watched it because of PMY)...

But seeing him in The King now, im liking him more?  maybe its the after Military effect or how he carried the character in the drama?

Same goes to me. I watched only  LMH in BBF, and never had others. Choose to watch this drama because of KGE. I like this actress cos she is really good in performing all roles assigned to her.

However, I can see different LMH in The King. Can't deny that he is good looking, really handsome man, hahaha...But he makes progressive moves in his acting....

Anyway, he has a good pairing with KGE. Really like a man comes to protect his woman.

Hence why Luna has cancer...just like JTE's mum. This theory for me fits just right.

    a)    Is there any possibility JTE and Luna are swapped by the future LG. Otherwise, why Luna has cancer just like JTE's mum? Secondly, i believe the young LG's savior is saved by the future LG. Since he can save young LG, i m sure he has something to do with young JTE.

    b) The writer KES portrays Luna with cancer must have purpose. Luna might be the one who is going to save JTE by transferring or donating her organs JTE since she is dying soon. She is willing to save JTE because of redemption for what she has done.

Or else,  may be Luna and JTE are TWINS. If twins, only JTE father can tell. hahaha....this possibility is low, i should say it is impossible.

I still KES will bring us happy ending..............

  5. I have second thoughts about the reason why future LG came to visit JTE,

    1. Could be JTE died in future, he misses her and travel back time to see her.

    2. Still JTE died,  and future LG travels back to change fate. Future LG would like to send message to present LG through present JTE. If not, why the future LG must travel from far to visit present JTE, not his JTE.  However, what's the message he wants to deliver, i dont know yet, but surely will alert present LG in making decision. Present LG has already suspicious when JTE asked him about the uniform.

Wow. When I wake up, I am 10 pages behind. LOL

    My two cents.

I don't think LG will reveal that he knows about the PM's time travel. At least he realises she is possibly on LR's side because he is the only other person who can do this. What he can do is to be smart and observe her to find out what are the traitors' next steps. You need to hook the bigger fish.

As for Lady Noh, from her, we may learn more about how it is possible that she was from ROK and ended up in KOC or if she isn't from ROK, how did she know about what happened in ROK. This may give some insight as to how TE can stay in KOC.

I felt sad for her when Prince BuYeong died. I think both of them raised LG and now he is gone and under such violent circumstances too.

I think LG will question PM since he saw the lightning scar on her shoulder. There is nothing to hide, because it is too obvious. As for PM, she will not tell LG about LR unless, LG agrees to make a deal with her. Make her as the Queen of Corea, that is her intention.

My theory is that time did stop when LR first crossed to ROK back in 1994 but it only happened in KOC and since no one else had the flute, they all stopped with the world. LR noticed that time stopped because he already had the flute and he was able to move. LG was the one that crossed to ROK and I believe LR was still in KOC.

Both of them can move when time stopped,.. could be their blood flew onto the flute in 1994...

I’m right there with you. I’m an emotional wreck at 2:00am thanks to this right here. I don’t think enough people understand the weight of this scene. I’m a firm believer that restoring balance means everyone should return to their rightful place, meaning JTE cannot just choose to stay in Corea. Whether writer Kim will find a solution to this in the end, we do not know. But LG in this scene definitely doesn’t know either. All he knows is, he must find a way to prevent time form stopping forever and he must undo what has been done. And in doing so, he may have to sacrifice his relationship with her. If the writing is consistent, he will live through a day where the gates are closed and JTE is on the other side. That’s why this scene is so emotional because it means he has chosen his path. He’s choosing to close the gates and restore balance regardless of what it means for them. That’s why he’s so hurt because it goes against all his will but he knows he has to make the right choice. The photo solidifies his choice. In the case that they can’t be together, he wants

LG has to make the right right choice. No matter how, he needs to restore balance of both worlds. i believe your prediction might be right, LG knows once he closed the gate, he can't see the woman he loves. That's why, he wants to take a photo shooting. If the writer gives us a happy ending, i m glad she has made the right moves, but she must give us a persuasive reason for her to stay in Corea. Normal people would not left family behind, without seeing them. Leaving careers, I still can accept. Otherwise, TE might regret after few years staying in Corea. ............

Anyway, we still have Luna. I would like to know how she plays her roles as Luna. Could be Luna is born in ROK, and has been brought to KOC since young like SY. That's why she can't remember everything, even her own name.  If she stays in ROC, then it is also the way to restore the balance of universe.

The logical could be there. People whose doppelgangers died of unnatural causes suffer the lightning scars. It has nothing to do with traveling between two worlds. LG, LR, and LR's followers all have the scars and suffer during the lightning. And, its only happened when they are in KOC.

TE, Lady Noh, SJ, Luna and others doppelgangers who still alive or died in nature way, they don't have to suffer the lightning scars. Then, how to stop the pain, are they going to die eventually? Don't tell me LG will be dying. If he died, then this drama should not call "Eternal Monarch". Should call the "Last Emperor" instead. I hope the writer would not be  disappointed us.

Need to correct my earlier statement,..the lightning scar will happen in both worlds,.I just remembered that LR show his scar when he is in ROK...

Sorry for cutting your post short. As expounded by others before, people whose doppelgangers died of unnatural causes suffer the lightning scars. SJ's counterpart died a natural death so he doesn't have a scar.

I noticed that the scars appeared at places where the victims were wounded to death. For example, LR's scar was due to neck twisting. LR's right hand man's scar (bookshop owner) was due to wounded leg. Lee Sang Do's scar is on the stomach.

Although we didn't see how LeeGon or the PM's doppelgangers died, I can guess that JiHun died from a bashing on his shoulder while the PM's counterpart had her neck broken./twisted. The pregnant lady fortunately is not dead yet.

The logical could be there. People whose doppelgangers died of unnatural causes suffer the lightning scars. It has nothing to do with traveling between two worlds. LG, LR, and LR's followers all have the scars and suffer during the lightning. And, its only happened when they are in KOC.

  11. Just finished episode 12. I m impressed with the scene LG rescuing TE. Both of them act very well, especially TE from disappointing and confusion expression when she is alone, a moment wanna to give up, a hope comes to her in sudden, mixture feeling, she portrays every sing plot very well, nothing more and nothing less.

Besides, the bed scene................hahaha, i think they nailed to the characters, the move is so natural.

How’s episode 12 going for you guys?

For me, there’s been no progression. No kidding, I spent the past 2 hours playing and replaying the inconsiderate scene.

Let’s observe the kiss, shall we? Here’s my 10 part series after I’ve watched it for about 100 times.

    1) He kisses her neck. It’s not just a peck, he licks her neck. He’s saying “I want you.”
    2) She’s taken aback. Pay attention to the way she moves her mouth and body. It’s so sensual.
    3) He eases in with a peck.

    4) The look on his face says it all. He wants her badly!
    5) The way she looks at him says she’s nervous but knows what’s coming. Like, “oh shiz, I teased him and now he’s going for it.”

    6) He’s staring mostly at her lips when he’s speaking to her.
    7) He goes in for a full on passionate kiss. Ahhh the lip and jaw movement! Sexy as hell!
    8) He pulls back, his stare goes from her lips to her eyes and back to her lips, he touches her lips, meets her eyes, gulps and then goes in for another kiss.
    9) Even as the camera pulls away for a far away shot, there’s still head movement. It looks too real to be fake. Me thinks they’re still kissing.

    10) His body completely relaxes and you can see it sink onto hers.

SEXUAL TENSION AT ITS BEST! From a minoz’s point of view, this is the best and most sensual kiss he’s done. It tops even the lobster kiss. The lobster kiss was sweet but this one has sexual tension written all over it. I’ve never seen a Korean drama couple that’s rather innocent had this much sexual chemistry! It’s out of the sbs korean drama world. I can’t get enough!

Thanks for bringing the whole sensual kiss moments,...can feel LG wants her badly...

The problem about ratings is that most people nowadays don't watch TV shows when it's broadcasted live. They either wait for streaming (Hulu for example), and since this is on Netflix, people would rather watch it when they have the time to do so.

    Absolutely agree with you.

I think only the elderly watch through cable. And, yet such Science fiction storey, they might not understand...
