and above your post there's like options you can choose.

like the bold, italics, underline.

but anwas, next to the smiley drop-down menu, there should

be five other icons next to it on your right.

click on the SECOND icon, which is to insert an image.

and MAKE SURE that the image is an URL that is valid

i could get you a screenshot. but i don't know how to work an apple mac ><'

Also, you need to upload the pic to the internet. I suggest using photobucket.com since it's free. If you go to their website they have instructions on how to upload photos. =]
