For the time being - there are no Shinhwa's for any drama. Something about legal issues.

There's always the chance of raw providers/fansubbers getting into trouble. Basically this is all illegal in MOST COUNTRIES except under very strict guidelines which none of us can claim to adhere to (limited use for educational or review purposes). Fortunately, when it comes to Korean, Japanese, and Chinese television programs, enforcement of copyright is almost nonexistant, because the fee a lawyer would charge to actually pursue conviction would FAR exceed the value of the show (in terms of licensing after initial broadcast).

Of course, pretty much any lawyer will send out a C&D letter on his letterhead for a small fee. Thus the thousands of cease-and-desist letters fluttering all around the fansub community, almost all of them signed by lawyers with no intellectual property litigation experience and no desire to acquire it.
