지난 20일 개봉한 송승헌 권상우 지성 주연 영화 '숙명'이 주말 극장가를 장악하며 흥행 신호탄을 쐈다.

'숙명'은 금,토요일 다른 경쟁작들에 비해 큰 스코어 차이를 보이며 흥행돌풍을 일으키고 있다.

'숙명' 제작사 관계자는 "개봉 당일 7만5,000여명이 관람한 데 이어 21일 8만여 명, 개봉 첫 주말인 22일에 15만명 이상이 관람한 것으로 보인다"며 "오늘(23일) 전국 관객 50만명을 넘길 것으로 보인다"고 전했다.

'숙명'은 21일부터 주말 예매율 1위를 달리며 경쟁작에 비해 우위를 점했다. '숙명'은 경쟁작인 '추격자', '10000BC'보다 두 배 가까운 스코어 차이를 보이며 개봉 첫 주 박스오피스 1위에 오를 것으로 보인다.

'숙명'은 송승헌의 군 제대후 첫 작품이다. 권상우가 첫 악역을 맡은 작품으로 촬영 당시부터 화제를 모은 작품. 두 한류스타가 '일단 뛰어' 이후 처음으로 한 작품에 출연한다는 소식에 아시아 권에서 화제를 모았던 작품으로 19세이상 관람가라는 핸디캡에도 불구하고 주말 흥행 1위를 기록하고 있다.

한류스타 송승헌. 권상우의 파워가 제대로 드러났다. 지난 20일 개봉한 ‘숙명’(김해곤 감독)은 ‘추격자’의 돌풍을 잠재우고 주말 박스오피스 1위를 차지했다.

제작사 관계자는 23일 “‘숙명’이 개봉 첫 날 7만5000여만명이 관람한 데 이어 21일 8만명. 주말인 22일에는 15만명이 관이 관람했다”면서 “23일까지 총 50만명 내외의 관객을 동원해 박스오피스 1위를 차지했다”고 밝혔다.

‘숙명’의 선전에 두 배우들도 한껏 고무돼 있지만. 빡빡한 홍보 일정과 몰려드는 팬들 때문에 무대 인사 일정에도 차질이 생겼다. 영화 개봉에 앞서 각 매체와 인터뷰를 가진데다 시사회부터 연일 무대인사에 오르는 등 지난 주부터 빡빡한 스케줄을 소화해온 권상우는 몸살이 났다. 또 두 한류스타의 무대인사 일정에 맞춰 국내 관광일정에 나선 300여명의 일본팬들이 무대 인사때마다 한꺼번에 몰려들어 일반팬들의 안전사고 위험이 제기되자 급기야 22일 오후 영화사측은 두 배우의 예정된 무대인사 일정을 모두 취소했다.

영화사 관계자는 “팬들의 안전사고를 우려해 무대인사 일정을 모두 취소했다”면서 “그러나 두 배우가 ‘관객의 반응을 집적 보고싶다’고 밝혀 무대인사를 게릴라 형식으로 바꿨다. 앞으로도 무대인사 스케줄은 철저히 비밀에 붙일 것”이라고 밝혔다.

지난 20일 개봉한 김해곤 감독의 영화 '숙명'이 다른 경쟁작들을 두 배 차이로 따돌리며 흥행돌풍을 일으키고 있다.

영화계에 따르면 '숙명'은 개봉 당일 7만5000여명이 관람한 데 이어 21일 8만여명이 극장을 찾았다. 개봉 첫 주말인 22일에 '숙명'은 대략 15만명 가량이 관람한 것으로 알려져 23일까지 50만명 내외의 관객을 동원할 것으로 예상된다.

'숙명'은 경쟁작인 '추격자'와 '10000BC'보다 두 배 가까운 스코어를 기록해 개봉 첫 주 박스오피스 1위가 확실할 것으로 점쳐진다.

'숙명'은 권상우와 송승헌 두 한류스타가 '일단 뛰어' 이후 처음으로 한 작품에 출연한다는 소식에 개봉 전부터 화제를 모은 작품이다. '숙명'은 개봉부터 '추격자'의 뒤를 이어 한국영화 흥행의 맥을 잇겠다고 공언했다.

과연 첫 스타트를 잘 끊은 '숙명'이 '우리 생애 최고의 순간'과 '추격자'의 뒤를 이어 한국영화 부흥에 한 몫을 할 수 있을지 기대된다.

According to STARNEWS, two lead actors Kwon Sang Woo and Song Seung Hun have to canceled some stage greetings and fan meets due to the hectic and tight schedule and the venue space could not adapt the big volume of fans and attendants! However flower arrangements have been flooding all over the venues..
