KSW to lawsuit ex-company for Won1.9 million proposal

Hallyu star Kwon Sang Woo recently raised a lawsuit to his ex-company for more than won 1.8 billion proposal request.

On September 9th Kwon Sang Woo has submitted proposal to the Seoul District Court to sue his ex-company for not completing their performance and responsibilty as per contract. The calculation of profit must be gained is nearly won 1.9 billions. As per Kwon Sang Woo, “they did not execute a contract duties well. Generally, it has caused a hindrance to his entertainment activity and neither gain the profit as expected." “The contract is the obligatory executed by the company however I cannot receive the profit that gained from 2003 to 2005 estimated about won 1.9 million."

"They avoided paying as signed. They profit was embezzled, that is why we bring it to the public."

Kwon Sang Woo has terminated contract with management company in April 2006 to when the ex-manager started to threaten if he left the company and took back the benefit. The ex-manager afterward has been sentenced to 8-month prisoned last few months.

Thanks, TY for the news article. Hope Sangwoo can recover the claim as this is his due owed by the non performance of contract by his previous mgmt company. :)

Thanks azura for sharing here the new video for the TFS CF. Wondering what kind of skin product they're advertising now. I want to know since I'm using most of the products for my skin from them. I have to go to the store soon to check this out, but I don't think this is now available in the market, huh? Nice video......he seems to be smelling very well the face of his partner ha ha ha. He's always been so naughty & playful on the set whether he's doing a drama, CF or a movie. Too bad, I don't understand what is he saying in his message. Hope there will be a translations for this soon. :o
