I've always been fascinated the way han hye jin delivers every line given to her. Since You are a Star to Be stong geum soon, Jumong and now Jejoongwon. She has a wide variety of facial expressions depending upon any given situations. I really do admired her acting skills. She is really an excellent actress.Hope she'll be given more wonderful projects because she has a long way to go.

i like her since Be Strong Geum Soon but become a big fan of her since Jumong.i love her character in Jumong

and adore her character in BSGS.Terroir was quite a disappointing but she still act well.and now Jejoongwon

im satisfied with her acting although im still at episode 7.i still haven get to watch You are a Star.

Hope she will give more wonderful acting in the future.

mira92-..actually i haven't watch You are a star,just saw some clips in youtube but i could i say she really did well in there that's why she took home the best new actress that year. BSGS also I'm currently watching the earliest parts in my soju they've fixed it already( for those who haven't got the chance to watch bsgs,in WAFFXYD youtube account it has episodes 127-163 with english subs.) She did well in Terrior too, it just so happen the script didn't go well.No matter how good the actors... if the story line is bad...it will always boils down only to one thing...poor story....poor results too. Actually, i couldn't believed that terrior's script had been prepared for 2years. It's the 1st wine drama ever and i believed it would have been a blockbuster if the story line was good enough.

Han Hye-jin Embraces Challenge of Historical Role

The actress Han Hye-jin looked beautiful in Korean traditional dress or hanbok on the set of TV series "Jejungwon". Set in the final years of the Chosun (Joseon) Dynasty in the late 19th and the early 20th centuries, the clothes she wears for the drama are not completely traditional in their flamboyant colors and patterns, but they suited the actress to a T.

Han plays a role of the first woman doctor of Western medicine in Korea. Costume is essential for the character, so Han has to get changed at least five times a day during shooting. Although she is happy with the hanbok, she confessed that the clothes could be inconvenient.

Because I have to wear heavily wired and layered petticoat, it is very uncomfortable every time I go to the toilet. It takes such a long time for just one trip," she said.

"Another difficulty is that a lot of the shooting takes place outdoors. But it's still very fun process when you shoot a TV series together with many people and carry the story forward. Because the script is so interesting, I get totally immersed in the story rather than thinking about how hard it is.

I'm a bit scared because I'm least confident in historical drama, but I go to work every day in the hope that I'll be able to see that I've made some progress."

Han made her comeback to both TV and cinema early January with "Jejungwon" and the film "No Mercy," her first starring role on the big screen.

"Many people ask me why I hadn't starred in a film after all these years, but I still think it's a huge honor," she said. "There are many talented actors and actresses who are forced to rest for prolonged periods because there aren't many opportunities. I'm very grateful that I was able to do both the TV series and the film at the same time."

Han has been in an open relationship with the singer Naul for five years. "Many people tell me that things get harder when you have a long-term romance, and encourage me to get married soon. But we are so comfortable the way we are now. As I've worked hard in my career, I want to let my boyfriend work as he wishes," she said.

NEED HELP!

I usually surf soompi forums through my NSeries mobile, but from the day you changed the log in link,I can't log in anymore because the link is not appearing anymore, i guess the new soompi connect link is not compatible to mobile because in laptop (which im using now) is ok. Just feel so sad because were not allowed to use office net and only through my mobile that i usually get in touch with soompi. Other blogs and forums are fine only soompi that i coudn't connect.
