1/2/06 – Han Hye Jin is selected to costar with Song Il Kook in the large-scale 50-episode historical drama “The Book of Three Han: The Chapter of Joo Mong (삼한지-주몽 편, 三韓志-朱蒙篇)” scheduled to be aired by MBC in April of 2006. She plays the role Soh Suh No (소서노) who is extremely intelligent and is Joo Mong (played by Song Il Kook)’s second wife. The PD of the drama is Lee Joo Hwan (이주환) whose previous work was the drama “Miss Mermaid (인어 아가씨)”. The production cost is around 30 billion Won. 70% of the filming will be in Korea while 30% will be in China.

2/8/06 – Han Hye Jin will visit Taiwan on 2/8 to promote her MBC drama “Tough Geum Soon”. She will stay there for 3 days 2 nights. Taiwan GTV has been broadcasting this drama since January. During her stay in Taiwan, she will attend TV programs of GTV and interview session with United Daily News (연합보). Wang Soh-Gang (원소강), the representative of GTV Taiwan branch, states that HHJ’s popularity in Taiwan suddenly rises soon after the drama was broadcasted and she is as famous as Lee Young Ae, the lead actress of “Dae Jang Geum”, in both Taiwan and China. CCTV of China aired the drama at prime time in October of 2005 and scored high TV ratings. HHJ’s next drama will be “The Book of Three Han: The Chapter of Joo Mong (삼한지-주몽 편, 三韓志-朱蒙篇)” scheduled to be aired by MBC in May of 2006.

shes so pretty and good at acting! i remember hating her in Romance but then i started liking her in 1% of Something. she was adorable in GeumSoon! shes really underrated though
