i've read somewhere that english was his favorite subject when he was still in school. i would attribute that to his perseverance and his awareness that learning the language will be a plus for him coz' not all asian actors can speak the language.

His English is very good. There are many many actors and actresses

who can't even pronounce english left alone speak fluently like GY. I'm happy
