Guest kikiteka

She's a really good actress who has been in some pretty intense films.  I wasn't a fan of The Housemaid (it just got bananas at the end), but Secret Sunshine was AMAZING (and super depressing.  It's about a woman's desperate search for hope in the depths of grief and despair...and not finding it.)  Gong Yoo is leveling up!

Hi @pafaccio‌ I'm in California myself. I actually went to see The Suspect at The Metreon on Theatre in San Francisco. There is a Facebook page for cj entertainment and they show movies in the US- they are great at interacting with followers. If there is demand in your location they will screen the movie at a regular theatre if they can make it happen. I waited like 2-4 weeks after it was released in Korea.

Gong Yoo will hold the screening of the film ‘The Suspect’ for his fan club ‘With YOO’ in Roppongi Blue Theatre on August 30.  It is his first time to hold the screening abroad for this film.
The screening for the film “The Suspect” will be held before the movie officially open in Japan in September. Over 1,800 fans will gather to see him. Tickets for the screening also were sold out in 5 minutes after it started to sell. Gong Yoo is also supposed to have time to talk with his fans after the screening. He will tell stories behind the scene to his fans.
The film “The Suspect” already opened in North America in January, Hong Kong in February and Taiwan in May. This movie also has been gaining attention as it is exported to many foreign countries such as Europe, India and the Middle East.
It is very exceptional event that Korean film holds overseas screening. Fans in Japan are looking forward to see him in this film which Gong Yoo appears as a tough guy rather than sweet and tender one he has shown in his previous movies and dramas.
Meanwhile, Gong Yoo will start shooting his new film ‘A Man and A Woman’ soon.
