doesnt hurt at all. i got mine done at claire's too. when i went to get my second piercing i closed my eyes..and i they pierced..and i didnt even feel it, i was like..did you..do it?

no way it doesn't hurt. haha it's just a little pinch and it feels warm that's all. i love having another hole coz i get to wear more pretty earrings and it looks pretty too. haha

Normally I strongly oppose guns too... but for lobes it's not too bad. Just make sure it's sterile (for example the problem with gun-done cartilage piercings is not always the cleanliness, but the bump it leaves afterwords. But I've never heard of a bump forming on a lobe). Now of course going to a tattoo/piercing parlor is always your best bet, but for something so simple as an earlobe piercing, they're probably going to charge more than Claire's or a Piecing Pagoda. Just seems like a waste.

I just did my third lobe piercings at home because at that point I found no use in paying someone else more than I should be.

I got it done at Piercing Pagoda. (YESS FINALLLYY!) But yeah, it felt like the coldest pinch you could ever get. Then it feels like its hot. But then it goes away after a few hours.

to fill everything out, choose your stud, cleaning it, paying...

maybe takes from 5-10 minutes, depending on how fast you fill out the form

i got my first holes done at claires. it didnt really hurt. but i got an infection ;x

i got my second ones in this street thing in hongkong LOL it was hella cheap. but suprisingly, i didnt get an infection o.o!
