I'm gonna go ahead and assume you are asking how a girl can tell if a guy is in love with her.

There isn't really any way we can answer this for you with any certainty. Everyone expresses themselves in different ways. When I'm in love with a girl I do certain things and act in a manner that is all my own ... whereas another guy may show his feelings in a completely different way. He might look at you with love in his eyes if that makes any sense to you.. he might treat you in a loving way if that makes any sense to you.. he might do things for you he wouldn't do for others.. he might want to be close to you and kiss you or hold you etc(guys usually want to do this when they aren't in love too so...lol)..  I do things like kiss my gf on her forehead and run my fingers through her hair and give her a look that says it all. I show her I care about her by telling her to drive careful when she has to go somewhere for instance.. or to call me if she has to be out late somewhere so I know she's ok.

Having said all that I'm sure there are guys that don't express their emotions as openly or affectionately as I might but they could still be in love with someone..so I dunno.

You look for signs that he's still interested in you more than just as a friend, use the same methods to figure it out as you would for a normal relationship/crush, this time you have the bonus of already knowing the guys personality well. Or you take the big kids approach and you simply ask him.

Define blunt? cuz there's "@sshole blunt: you're ugly" and then the way to express the exact same msg without any harsh feelings, which i can't think of the word for this meaning atm... "not as harsh way: with some effort you can look amazing."

Well like if I said that to you it would be in a "little sister" kinda way cause you are much younger than I am.. but if a guy around your age said that it might mean more. It's kinda too hard to tell for sure though without knowing more about your interaction/chemistry with said person.
