They are part of Sony Music Japan's EPIC Records label. The band was formed in Kanagawa Prefecture in February 1999 by Hotaka Yamashita and Yoshiki Mizuno, and was later joined by lead vocalist Kiyoe Yoshika in December the same year.

Hmm I guess people are more interested in kpop than jpop (well I wouldn't really consider Iki jpop lolz but you know what I mean ) I love their songs, esp. Sakura, of course. The main singer's voice is mere love <3 so special! Kinda rough and natural, def. unique!
