when i was in vietnam

and i went to like diamond plaza or other teen hang out spots, and especially at night i saw a lot of "cute" guys and girls lol

like they dressed up nice and their hair all made up. but i didn't see anyone that was "wow" you know. everyone i saw was kind of short and sure they were cute but that's just cuse they dressed up. well except for this guy that was working in the back of the little cake/bakery shop at diamond plaza. omg he was pale, really tall, and his face looked like he was mixed. he looked like model, so hot!

Yeah that was a problem for me too.

i didn't find anyone that really struck out for me.

However my cousin who lived there thought there were a lot of cute boys...

i guess my expectations are too high especially after seeing so many cute boys and girls here.

I totally agree with

factors that made them unappealing.

1. Height (Some were cute, but they were just soooo...short T_T)

2. Teeth (I didn't see anyone with pearly whites)

3. Shoes (why must they wear sandals?!

Then again, since i went with my mom she didn't really let me go to the city with my cousin alone.

So technically, i was only in the city for 3 days and those nights weren't on weekends. T_T

well, today's my last day in Saigon, and i've been here for almost 2 weeks.

i saw only 2 hot guys. the rest is just...blehhh no idea where they hangout...

seriously, I did not see any young adults around my / these people's ages dress all trendy in Saigon when I was there two weeks ago.....

it's definitly better than seeing badly dressed fobs.

all of u know that nobody in VN wants to have dark teint ..so all these people come out at night xD

just like vampires..xD hahah so it's logically that you won't see them or when they come out they will stay in cafes or somewhere

with an air conditioner and a place without sun..!

and mostly they hang out in clubs at night and only those clubs where the COOL kids are..

and I wonder they will let anyone of us come in..

I seriously think everyone in this thread should come up with a fully thought out plan on how to meet all these cuties in Saigon.

This plan should include:

1.) When to go to Vietnam

2.) Where to go

3.) At What time

4.) How we're going to get in their hangout places (through bribes? xD)

5.) How to talk to these cuties and take pictures with them (because it's obivious that's everyone's goal)

(we should developed this plan completely before summer 09, cause that's when i'll be going lol xDD)

i just came back from saigon a week ago =]

well the most of the viet net idols in saigon only goes out at night time.

i saw a lot at hair dresser places in the evening though.

my cousin is a net idol and i am so jealous of her because she is so white and pretty.

most of the hot/cute people hangs out mostly at those bubble-t bar, bars and clubs at night time.

if you want to see some viet net idols then you should go to cho dem (night markets).

the only bad stuff about night market is that its so hot and squashy and the hot people always seems to not be single =[

Yeah, Windows is in Saigon.

Ice cream and stuff is pretty expensive compared to other places... but its so pretty

On my trip to Vietnam, I didn't see any net idols.. or maybe I did.. idk...

I saw a bunch if "stylish" teens...[stylish in vn terms.. imo, it looked weird]

ah! there's that one cafe` by the giant lake or whatever...[in Dalat]

I saw some pretty girls there... and one of the waitors was pretty cute (: lol.
