I think the Korean Cyworld already have those effects for them to edit their images, but everything they do, Photoshop can too. You should definitely check out the Photoshop thread. I remembered someone once made a tutorial for it, so I'm pretty sure it's located on the index page.

(Instead of making the 3 squares going in the diagonal direction, just put it together across.)

After you do the scanline tutorial, you add a new fill layer with the color black and you erase it with a soft brush.

I'm pretty happy today, so I'll be back with something I did of Lee Sang June of that Mikki tutorial later.

I prefer him with longish hair and his girlfriend is kinda cute. I've notice that ulzzangs usually date other ulzzangs or they either date good-looking people who arent ulzzangs.
