There's an effect in Cyworld Image Editing called "lomo effect", which is the easiest way to get that effect

and another way is Photoshop, which Mikki uses (I'm pretty sure).

And professional/new and expensive cameras should have the effect? XD

You go to 사진첩, and whenever you upload, if you don't upload right away there's options for you to edit your photos.

i love seeing ullzangs become famous actors or models etc

like Hyesung, Seo Minwoo , and Park Han Byul etc we see them as actors and models now and you can look back at their pictures they posted on cyworld etc and see that they actually look the same.. ! i just hate it when people automatically think that all ulzzangs photoshop.

OMG, so many uhlzzangs. It's crazy. But nevertheless they are very pretty and handsome. At least I now know that that Kim Kyung Rok guy played in He Was Cool.
