Fashion Faceoff: Jung Il Woo Vs. Go Jae Cheon In Loewe Striped Shirt

In the last (male) Fashion Faceoff Go Kyung Pyo, Do Sang Woo and Park Sang Hyun faced off in the battle of the Valentino butterfly combo. For the first time ever, we ended in a tie, since Do and Park both gathered 42.86% of the votes. Fashion history moment! Anyway, for this week’s battle, we bring back a style champion for a third time to face a newbie! Flower Boy Ramyun Shop leading man Jung Il Woo and model Go Jae Cheon (who is really good friend’s with T.O.P by the way) wore the same Loewe striped “Russian” shirt in Grecian blue and white.

According to Loewe, “[This is a] Long-sleeved silk shirt with a light blue and white stripe pattern. Key design features: buttoned, high neckline, mother-of-pearl buttons, and jacquard anagram on chest pocket.” The article can be yours for $1,790 at the brand’s official online store.

Jung Il Woo modeled the shirt in the March issue of InStyle. He finished off his look with some gray wide-pants from the same label and buttoned up the preppy collar of the shirt. Meanwhile, Go Jae Cheon went for a more casual look in the January issue of L’Officiel Hommes. He unbuttoned the top of the shirt dramatically and accessorized with JUUN.J leather pants and a Saint Laurent belt buckle.

Jung Il Woo set to act in Chinese-Korean web drama

Actor Jung Il Woo will be busy, busy, busy!

His agency, Star.K Entertainment, revealed on June 12 that he has just been confirmed for another project, a Korean-Chinese collaborative web drama entitled, 'Clueless High-Class Unrequited Love'.  Thankfully, that's just the working title and they will shorten it to something a bit more sensible soon...

The drama will be produced by both Chinese big portal site, Sohu, and Korean big production company Kim Jong Hak Production.  It will be a romantic comedy for those who've all experienced love and those who've failed to overcome love.

Jung Il Woo will play a man whose everyday seems like it leaped out of a comic book, who has no known weakness.  Get pumped!

Jung Il-woo to star in Korea-China Web drama

Korean actor Jung Il-woo has been cast in an upcoming Web drama, jointly produced by Korean and Chinese companies.

The Web drama is working under the somewhat convoluted title “High-class Unrequited Love that Nobody Knows About.”

The rom-com Web drama is being produced both by Chinese portal website Sohu and Korea’s Kim Jong-hak Productions.

Jung will play Choi Se-hun, who lives each day “like a comic” and lacks “formality” in his personality.

“Choi Se-hun remains a resolute and moody city dweller, in spite of comic and ridiculous circumstances,” said Jung’s agency.

Jung recently concluded shooting Chinese film “Female Warrior” and returned to Seoul on Thursday, according to his agency.

Jung Ilwoo Once Again Captivates Fan’s Heart

On May 20, Jung Ilwoo posted on his personal Instagram a picture of him with the caption “Sepal pose, Where is Jihyo?”. The picture was taken in Shanghai New International Expo Center during his fans meeting and has a particular attention from the public. 

In the unveiled picture, Jung Ilwoo is doing the ‘Sepal Pose’ (called in Korea for when someone rest its chin on its hand) and is brightly smiling. The actor’s unique expression captivates fan’s heart. 

Jung Ilwoo’s ‘Sepal Pose’ was a hot issue when he appeared in ‘Running Man’ since he did that posture instead of shooting Song Jihyo with his water gun.  

On that day, hundreds of Chinese fans came to see him, proving his tremendous popularity in the country.
