Help With Links And Codes

I need help with the codings. I'm trying to put "a link" on my signiture for others to click it so they can go through there but how do I do that? I tried a lot of times but it kept showing the soompi error page. I'm getting confuse and if anyone knows PLEASE PLEASE let me know. I'm having a hard time. THANKS

if you want to put it through a picture of banner, it's
