Breakfast: Chicken Chips

Lunch: A Hamburger with a lot of salad

Dinner: Stir fried vegetables and rice noodles.

Snacks: Yoghurt and Strawberries and Tea

for breakfast I had a chocolate chunk muffin and coffee w/hazelnut flavoring from a local coffee shop. yum.

1,500 calorie diet. ughhh :(

breakfast: two slices of toast, one orange, one whole egg, one ounce of turkey, one egg white = 360ish.

snack: 1/2 cup of yogurt, one banana, 1/2 cup of blueberries = 250ish.

snack: one apple, one tbsp. of yummy delicious peanutbutter = 220ish.

dinner: 4oz. of lean hamburger, one cup of zucchini, one salad = 300ish.

snack: 1/4 cup of walnuts = 200ish.

one ounce of 85% dark chocolate = 150ish.

oh man, i eat alot :ph34r:

only 1,480 calories, got 20 left.

LOL what food contains 20 calories?

Pizza... I really dislike pizza but that's what they had for free at work today. =x

Tomorrow I get to eat Burmese food though! I can't wait to try faluda haha.
