Guest inoyume
i love this movie!! it is romantic and funny. and i love both actors especially Lee Yong Hoon ... he's such a good actor. hope to see more of his acting in the near future. i found out that he's been in the same director's short story before titled Good Romance (if i'm not mistaken) which is also a gay love story. anyone happens to have it? another good gay-themed movie is Road Movie starring Hwa Jung Min. the ending is quite sad though. But i still closed my eyes at those inappropriate scenes.. Is it just me? Of some of you girls too? @.@ I'm only half way through the movie.. -.-''' EDIT Overall a nice movie~ I can't believe my first m18 movie is a gay movie! Eesh.. Watched this movie because of lee han... He really has very little shows, even in Lovers, there's so few of him.. haha~ That 2 guys are really sweet in this movie.. There are some really funny parts! lol~ This movie is REALLY only for people who's above 18! Watchable.. a nice movie indeed.. =)

XD got to know this movie through it's OST.. i forgotten how did i know the OST.. but i love a couple of songs in it.. good music resembles good movie? well, overall.. this is a really great movie makes me feel that homosexual love is even tougher than heterosexual's.. by the way, i once read a chinese novel, around the year 2005.. which is pretty similar with the movie! i mean.. it's like 70% of it~! i wonder whether the director read the novel before or not.. XD last but not least, i think i'm falling for lee young hoon.. he's too HOT! ^0^

Guest cherillyn
I LOVED this movie. I haven't watched Brokeback Mountain yet, so I can't compare the two. This is actually one of the few K-movies that I really really enjoyed and would watch it again. I never thought that I'd watched a gay-themed movie. I'm glad I saw this one. A few reasons why: 1) Both actors were fantastic in the portrayal of their characters and had good chemistry together. I found myself empathizing with each and rooting for them to be together. 2) The few "matured" scenes weren't offensive. The ones with the patrons - the look on SuMin's face when he had to service those patrons... as the Madame said, one had to have no pride in order to work there. The ones with Lee Han's character (sorry I forgot his name) - I thought they were beautifully done. Even the first one where LH's character mentioned the trigger thing. The loneliness & despair on his part. Then the latter one where their feelings for each other came across very nicely; it wasn't just sex. 3) The gay subject/theme - hard enough to be gay in Western culture... I can't imagine what it must be like in Korea and especially when one has to be the filial son. 4) The ending... I liked it though I'd have preferred it to be more "obvious" (if that's the correct word to use). My interpretation of the ending: LH's character grabs SuMin's crotch and held on to it. Didn't care if the cop saw it. To me, it's his acceptance of who he is (meaning he's coming out of the closet) and that he's hanging onto his love. SuMin's expression seemed to indicate that he understood his gesture. Well, that's it for me. Thanks Sarang for making this available. I'd dl'ed it after reading a pro review of the movie (can't remember where now). I am with you ALL the way!! And I love how you interpreted the ending - I was initially a little puzzled but came to the same conclusion in the end because I remembered how Su Min whispered into Jae Min's ears (the morning after) and then Jae Min said he will think of him when he has his first erection in the morning. So reaching out to Su Min in the car at the end was like an affirmation of Jae Min's love. This was a thoroughly enjoyable movie for me. I thought I would cringe at the sight of two men making out but the scenes were not at all offensive. I actually felt the pain and agony of their forbidden love. The leads had incredible chemistry. Great casting - typical but poignant storyline and at times it just cracks me up...totally captivating. Don't give this a miss just because it's gay-themed. It's a really sweet love story if you can see beyond the stereotypes...

Guest mazical_djinni
This is one of the very few gay movies i truly love. Brokeback mountain and a frozen flower broke my heart =.= anyway the acting and the chemistry were just... although the storyline was a little bit mediocre, but overall one of the best gay-themed movies out there imho.
