just a question.. does sniping programs always win over manual sniping?

not always. i use bidnapper and lost a couple of times because i had the same maximum bid as the other buyer, except s/he bid it first.

from bidnapper's site:

If two people are sniping the same auction then the highest bid will win. If they bid the same amount the first bid to reach eBay will win the auction.
