The best clue is I cannot believe our beloved CP is dumber than YS!!    If YS can guess that RO is a girl so long ago...CP would have the inkling from many many clues...the reason for not forcing her to admit probably is his way of respecting her privacy.  YS also never forced RO to tell.  In fact, I loved the way he put it to her..

the director did it again!!

The kissing scene was also so beautifully executed. Another well done ending that's full of feel.

The surrounding of the scene was so beautiful, that fits their kiss. So full of love!!!

This scene got me really tense!! 

Every ending is daebak!!! Wonder what would be the rating like.

I think the CP knows RO is a girl since he put her in his bed (LOL) In the morning RO's "robe" was loose... I hope there was a missing scene when CP was trying to put her into bed so she could sleep comfortably but when he tried to untie her clothes the bandage greeted him.  Our cheeky CP would hold her secret without a question I believe it  Ok, it is crazy so now I stop my brain

looking at how the drama progress, I cant help but see the similarities with the drama Bromance in how they handle the unveiling of the girl's real gender. 

Where the lead guy confessed and kissed her knowing she is a girl and avoided all the unnecessary angst.
