Does anybody else get malware alerts when loading soompi ?

Hi!

Since the beginning of the week I began to receive alerts from my antivirus software every time I load soompi forums. Does anybody else have this problem? Is it something dangerous or is it false positive? I made a screen shot of the alert but I can't upload it so I don't know what other information I can provide...

First question did you run an anti malware check? Second question would be what kind of antivirus are you using? Third would be what kind of browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome...)?

It might be an error by your antivirus, but then again, it never hurts to check if your computer contains malware. You can download a proper tool from the microsoft website right here: https://www.microsoft.com/security/pc-security/malware-removal.aspx

If your computer doesn't have any malware, you might try reinstalling your antivirus program or use a different one alltogether. I've had good experiences with AVG in the past and am using Microsoft's Security Essentials (link for dutch version: http://windows.microsoft.com/nl-NL/windows/security-essentials-download if you need your own language, just google for Microsoft Security Essentials) currently.

If that still doesn't solve your problem, download a different browser to see if the problem exists there too.
