either the girl should've some other reason to report him or she is being unprofessional

That's messed up. You cannot just ad-lib a scene with that type of content without the consent of your acting partner. The scrip was OK'ed, his actions were not. He needs to realize he was wrong and apologize. She had a right to call the police but it feels wrong of her not to have talked about this incident with the actor and the director and staff to say she was not okay with that and it made her feel threatened, especially because that is a working environment where everyone is working together on the content. She needs to be able to be upfront and honest with the people she is working with if it is something that effects her personal well being. But maybe she couldn't and that is why she went straight to the police; we don't know.
