SHINee Makes Surprise Appearance at Seoul University Campus

SHINee made an appearance at Seoul’s Dongduk Women’s University on May 20, causing a frenzied reaction from students and fans.

The group made the surprise visit while filming for KBS 2TV’s “Entertainment Weekly - Guerrilla Date,” giving students a day they would never forget. After their arrival, the group went into lecture halls to meet with students and give them private performances. According to those who witnessed the day’s events, some talented students even danced in sync with Shinee as they sang.

Despite it being an unplanned event, as soon as SHINee appeared the entire area became paralyzed with people hoping to get a close look at the group. Images of a massive amount of people surrounding the group were soon uploaded online that show the group’s continued popularity.

Meanwhile, the upcoming episode of “Entertainment Weekly” featuring SHINee will air on May 23.
